JOIN THE FUN! 💚 Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco combining the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the daily commercial relationship with one of our operator partners across Sweden and Denmark. If you want to join an exciting growth journey within UCaaS, keep on reading. ABOUT THE JOB You help set the roadmap, help set the pricing, run launches and delivery trainings. The mission is to help our partner onboard and grow their customer base on our platform. We're live with our partner today, but we have an even more exciting journey ahead of us. You sit at the intersection of sales, product, and operations. You're the partner's voice inside Telavox, and Telavox's voice with the partner. You'll work closely with stakeholders on both sides, feed market needs and priorities to our product managers, and help shape decisions that grow the account. You won't be doing this alone — you'll have the Stockholm and Malmö offices, and colleagues across sales, product, and delivery, close by to lean on. You report to the leader of our Customer Engagement & Delivery team. This role is based in Stockholm or Malmö. Expect regular travel to our partner's offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen, as well as to Telavox HQ in Malmö. What you'll do * Own the growth of the account. Your primary mandate is to drive a step-change in how many end users this partner brings onto Telavox — everything below exists in service of that. * Equip the partner's sales organizations in Sweden and Denmark with the positioning, training, and materials they need to sell. * Assist in ongoing sales cases. * Help shape the partner's product roadmap, working with senior stakeholders on both sides and guiding our product managers on market needs and priorities along the way. * Support pricing and packaging decisions — for direct end-customer sales and for wholesale/indirect channels — including for new categories like AI. * Support go-to-market execution for product launches: positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and market activation. * Help drive commercialization of our AI product suite with this partner. * Coordinate prioritization between the commercial side and product & engineering, bringing structure to requests as they come in. * Build and maintain the map of key stakeholders on both sides, and be someone both sides trust to get things done. ABOUT YOU Commercially, you're comfortable getting into B2B SaaS pricing, packaging, and channel economics, and confident contributing to decisions that shape revenue. You speak product well enough to work productively with product managers and bring them useful market input, without needing formal authority over them. On top of that, you're a good communicator — someone who's comfortable in a room with stakeholders one day and running a training session for a sales team the next. Some technical understanding is a plus, enough to follow feasibility discussions and be a credible voice with engineering. And you like being close to the customer and hands-on with delivery — happy to draw on the network and experience around you at our Stockholm and Malmö offices rather than figuring everything out solo. You're fluent in English as well as Swedish and/or Danish (all three are a plus!) at a business level since you'll be working closely with local sales teams in both markets. JOIN US AT TELAVOX 💚 Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses. JOIN TELAVOX AS AN ENGINEERING MANAGER 🌟 At Telavox, we’re looking for an Engineering Manager who is comfortable leading inside a fast-moving organisation, someone who can hold a team steady. At the same time, priorities shift and know how to introduce just enough structure to make a team faster, not slower. You’ll combine leading people with strong engineering judgement, and you’ll care as much about how reliably your team ships as about how quickly they move. If you enjoy working with people, leading through change, and empowering teams to do their best work, this is your opportunity to make a real difference. ABOUT THE JOB As an Engineering Manager at Telavox, you’ll play a key role in leading and evolving one of our engineering teams. You’ll be responsible for developing individuals, strengthening team performance, and aligning engineering efforts with business goals, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and fun! You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life. You’ll contribute to technical discussions, support architectural decisions, and ensure your team delivers value to customers in a scalable and sustainable way. Your day-to-day work will include: • Coaching and mentoring team members to support their growth, performance, and well-being • Creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative team environment where people can do their best work • Establishing the right level of process for where your team is, adding structure where it’s missing, and removing it where it’s not needed • Setting clear expectations on software quality, reliability, and operational health, so the team owns what it ships • Creating clarity when priorities shift, translating ambiguity from the business into a clear plan your team can execute against • Partnering with Product to align on priorities, roadmaps, and outcomes • Contributing to hiring and building strong, diverse engineering teams • Collaborating with other Engineering Managers and leaders to shape the broader engineering strategy and culture ABOUT YOU You’re the kind of leader who is comfortable when things aren’t fully figured out. You can take an ambiguous situation or a shifting roadmap and turn it into something coherent - not by waiting for stability, but by building enough of it yourself. At the same time, you take software seriously: you’ve worked on systems where reliability, quality, and long-term maintainability mattered, and you bring that operational mindset to how your team works. You may come from a Senior or Lead Engineer background, and while your strength is enabling others, you stay close enough to the technology to make sound calls on architecture, quality, and trade-offs. Key skills and experience we’re looking for: • Proven experience leading engineering teams (as EM, Tech Lead, or similar), including through periods of change, growth, or reorganisation • A track record of building structures that help a team move faster: establishing the right rituals, decision-making, and ways of working • Experience operating production software where reliability, quality, and long-term maintainability mattered, and a mindset shaped by it • Excellent people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting a diverse set of individuals • Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating it into a clear direction for your team • Ability to align engineering work with product and business priorities, and to push back constructively when needed • Passion for creating a healthy, inclusive team culture where the team consistently does its best work Good-to-have skills: • Experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment • Experience working with telephony-related technologies, SIP, RTP, etc. • Familiarity with modern cloud architecture, event-driven systems, and DevOps practices • Interest in using AI tooling to improve how engineering teams work At Telavox, you’ll have the opportunity to grow as a leader, shape how we build software, and be part of a company that values both impact and having fun along the way. Join the fun! 💚 Are you a technically sharp problem-solver who gets energy from the complexity of large-scale customer environments? Keep on reading. Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco combining the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS. At the heart of this role is integrating core network infrastructure with Telavox's growing portfolio of services — from UCaaS and advanced telephony to AI-powered features that help businesses work smarter. Our customers are operators and enterprises who depend on us to fit seamlessly into their world — their billing, their provisioning, their legal requirements, their way of working. We are now looking for a Solution Architect who understands that the real work is understanding the customer first, and connecting the dots to our platform second. About the job As a Solution Architect within our Customer Service Delivery team, you sit at the intersection of customer, product, and platform. Your job is to deeply understand what a customer is trying to achieve: Their technical ecosystem, their commercial requirements, their legal constraints — and then connect those dots to what Telavox can deliver. Most of the work is about understanding the customer's side. How their teams communicate, how they manage users and devices, how voice and messaging fit into their workflows, what their IT landscape looks like, billing integrations, online journeys, regulatory requirements— you need to get into that world before you can architect anything meaningful on ours. Your day-to-day work includes: Running discovery and needs analysis with operator customers — asking the right questions, listening carefully, and building the kind of trust that makes complex deals possible Designing end-to-end solutions that fit into the customer's existing ecosystem, including BSS/OSS environments, provisioning, billing, and legal frameworks Managing stakeholders on both sides — internally across Engineering, Product, and Sales, and externally across customer organisations at multiple levels Owning your projects: setting timelines, tracking progress, escalating when needed, and following through to delivery Supporting RFx and technical sales processes as the primary technical voice toward the customer Translating customer demands into structured input for Product and Development — so what you learn in the field actually shapes what we build Creating clear High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation that the whole organisation can use About you You're a good listener and a technically credible communicator. You know that trust takes time to build and that the best solutions come from understanding what the customer is actually trying to solve — not from presenting a pre-packaged answer. You're also someone who gets things done. You manage competing priorities, keep stakeholders informed, and own your deliverables from kickoff to go-live. When something is at risk, you say so early and you drive the resolution. We're looking for someone with: A solid background in telecom and/or UCaaS — you understand how operators work, what their systems look like, and why integrations are usually where the real complexity lives Experience working across customer environments: BSS/OSS, SIM, interconnects, roaming, provisioning, or related domains Strong stakeholder management skills — you're comfortable navigating complex organisations, both internally and externally A structured working style with the ability to manage deadlines and escalate with good judgment Fluent in English and preferably one Scandinavian language Genuine curiosity about customer needs and a bias toward understanding before proposing Nice to have: Experience from Ericsson, Nokia, or a major Operator Familiarity with UCaaS integration patterns, SIP, or voice/data quality frameworks Experience working in cross-functional teams across product and engineering organisations Location: Malmö or Stockholm Travel: ~30 days per year Join us at Telavox 💚 Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses.
