ABOUT THE TEAM Web Presence and Platform is organized into two pillars, each of which is grouped into pods that focus on the central tenets of Stripe's public mission. As a frontend engineer you will reimagine the user experience moments that contribute to acquisition journeys. You will build delightful and original interactive tools and resources that attract users. We want to make every pixel count, we want it to be enthralling, and we want to help other Stripes seamlessly benefit from our systematic work. While the team's mission anchors to web surfaces, this role lives deeper in the stack. You'll be the engine behind the experiences rather than the pixel-level presentation—APIs, data pipelines, model orchestration, and service reliability that make LLM-driven user experiences possible at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO The Expansion pod brings creativity and executional rigor to attracting new prospects and driving conversion, focusing on user journeys, interactive and highly polished tools for users, and building targeted experiences for our global users. As a full stack engineer, you'll architect and build the server-side systems and LLM orchestration layers that power intelligent, dynamic user experiences across acquisition journeys. You'll design the APIs, data pipelines, and inference infrastructure behind delightful and original interactive tools and resources that attract users. You'll collaborate deeply across design, engineering, and cross-functional teams and work across teams and tech stacks to create new site capabilities—with a specific focus on integrating large language models into production-grade services that are reliable, performant, and safe. This is not a research or ML training role. You'll be responsible for wiring LLMs into real user-facing products—managing prompt pipelines, handling model routing and fallback logic, and implementing guardrails and output validation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement the tooling and platforms to support interactive content tools (e.g., calculators, generators, templates) that provide utility to current and prospective businesses * Utilize a user-first mindset to implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement of content and product offerings * Design and build integrations to third-party software and create seamless workflows across these tools to unleash their full potential to the rest of Stripe * Ensure reliability, security, and responsible AI practices across all LLM-driven features, including implementing content filtering, PII handling, rate limiting, graceful degradation, and output guardrails * Work with a small team of technically sophisticated engineers who put users first WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of backend development experience, with emphasis on building APIs and services that power user-facing experiences * Experience writing clear, elegant code in a team environment * Familiarity with LLM APIs and concepts—prompt engineering, token management, embedding models, retrieval-augmented generation, or function calling. You don't need to be a researcher, but you understand how these models work well enough to build production systems around them. * Experience building and operating distributed backend systems—you're comfortable with service-oriented architectures, async processing, caching layers, and monitoring and alerting in production * Passion for engineering solutions focused around growth hacking and enablement * Excellent verbal and written communication PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Proven ability to stitch different services and processes together even if you haven't worked with them before * Experience in developing interactive tools and integrating them with existing systems * Experience building highly complex interactive tools, including state management and data fetching * Experience with data pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, Temporal, or similar) and structured output parsing from LLMs * Experience with prompt versioning, A/B testing model outputs, or building model gateway and routing layers that allow teams to swap or compare providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) • Proficiency with React, with a focus on interactions, animation, performance, and polish • Experience with A/B testing, synthetic monitoring, or accessibility testing

Are you our next Senior Frontend Engineer? We're looking for an engineer who wants to help make logistics uncomplicated, fast, and accessible for small businesses across Europe. ABOUT THE ROLE At Sendify, we're on a mission to create a frictionless shipping experience for SMEs. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll play a central role in shaping the web app where 4,000+ customers every week sign up, compare carrier rates, manage integrations, and book shipments. You'll work end-to-end , from understanding a real customer problem with your PM and designer, to prototyping, to shipping production code, to owning what happens after the deploy. You'll lead frontend work on one of our three value teams (Customer Experience, Marketplace, or SaaS) and help raise the bar for frontend quality across the wider engineering team. Your work will directly support Sendify's promise: saving time by making shipping as quick and easy as possible 🚀 IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE WE BELIEVE YOU: * Have 8+ years of experience writing production frontend code, with the last 3+ at senior level in a scale-up/start-up, meaning you've led significant pieces of work without close supervision, and made architectural calls you can still defend with a growth mindset at the core of building * Have deep React and TypeScript experience, opinions about state management, comfort reading a complex component tree, and the judgement to know when to reach for context vs. a store vs. URL state * Have strong web fundamentals ;HTML semantics, modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox, container queries, design tokens), the browser rendering pipeline, and the network layer * Treat accessibility as a practitioner skill, not a checklist , you've built interfaces that meet WCAG standards and can spot issues in design review before code is written * Are fluent in web performance , you've measured Core Web Vitals on a real product, found the bottleneck, and shipped the fix * Have testing maturity , you know what unit, integration, and end-to-end tests are each for, and don't over-rely on any one of them * Have great written communication — most of our async work happens in writing (RFCs, PR descriptions, Slack threads), and sharp written reasoning matters * Are fluent in written and spoken English ☀︎ IT'S A BONUS IF YOU: * Have worked in a monorepo at non-trivial scale * Have logistics, marketplace, or B2B SaaS background * Have contributed to building or evolving a design system * Have experience embedding AI-assisted features into product UI * Have working knowledge of Go, or are comfortable reading backend code at the API boundary * Are fluent in Swedish or German What you'll do: * Plan and lead frontend development on sets of related stories within your value team, collaborating closely with the PM, designer, and backend engineers to figure out what should be built before reaching for the keyboard * Translate designs into production user interfaces — accessible, performant, well-tested, and consistent with the rest of the product * Build prototypes with the team, not for the team — putting working code in front of customers when the answer to a product question is unclear * Own web performance on the surfaces you touch — Core Web Vitals are not a vanity metric for us, they correlate directly with booking conversion * Champion accessibility — WCAG 2.2 AA is the baseline, not the ceiling * Contribute to architecture decisions that cross the frontend/backend line — what belongs in the frontend vs. the BFF vs. the Go service, how integrations surface in the UI, how real-time updates work * Help maintain shared standards across the React/TypeScript monorepo through PR review, the bi-weekly Tech Council, and the way you write your own code * Mentor more junior engineers — through code review, pairing, and how you frame technical decisions * Contribute to evolving our design system in collaboration with designers and other engineers In this work you will use tools such as React, TypeScript, GitLab, AWS, Snowflake, Figma, Slack, JIRA, Notion, Claude Code, Fullstory etc. WHAT WE OFFER: Sendify is built on a curious, collaborative, and encouraging work environment where you should be able to express your thoughts and ideas, explore new directions, challenge, and get challenged. We value creativity across all disciplines. We’re focused on bringing people together in a low-ego environment; we don’t believe in being stuck to a “one-way only” or that “this tech is the best”. The logistics industry is complicated and ever-changing; We move faster if we keep our minds open and adjust when needed. In addition to our amazing culture, you’ll enjoy: * Occupational pension * Health benefits * Accident and life insurance * 4+1 work policy (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) * Parental leave benefits * 30 vacation days * Half-day off before every public holiday ABOUT SENDIFY 📦 Logistics is built on handshakes, phone calls, and unread emails piling up in inboxes. Ever felt how easy it is to miss an important email? Now imagine running your entire business that way. Sendify helps ambitious SMEs ship smarter. About Maurten Maurten fuels the fastest to gold medals and world records. Using patented Maurten Hydrogel Technology, athletes can more easily tolerate sports fuel while training and racing. The innovation allows carbohydrates to be encapsulated in hydrogel and transported smoothly to the intestines where they are broken down and used as fuel. Combining research–driven development alongside feedback from runners, cyclists, and triathletes, Maurten’s fueling ecosystem enables all humans to become greater athletes. Maurten is moving fast. We’re looking for people who share our passion for sport — and who want to shape the way athletes around the world fuel. About the position The Digital Designer at Maurten will play a central role in shaping the experience, interface, and visual quality of Maurten's digital products within the Sports Tech team. With a clear focus on design, the role is responsible for ensuring Maurten's design strategy is applied and translated cohesively across all digital products — from live platforms to new initiatives in development. Working at the intersection of product, design, and technology, the Digital Designer will translate user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive, high-quality digital experiences. The role requires strong creative judgement combined with practical product thinking, and will work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and the wider Sports Tech team to ensure digital experiences are visually strong, functional, and scalable. Reporting to the Design team and working in close collaboration with the Digital Designer in the Marketing Design team, this role bridges design and Sports Tech — ensuring digital experiences meet both usability demands and Maurten's wider visual standards. It is suited to someone comfortable working across UX, UI, interaction design, and iterative product development in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Job responsibilities The Digital Designer is responsible for designing, improving, and scaling Maurten's digital product ecosystem alongside an in-house Digital Designer. This means creating user-centred designs, maintaining design quality and consistency, and building the systems that allow product design to grow coherently. The role balances hands-on execution with collaborative problem-solving, working across interface design, user flows, prototyping, and iterative development within a cross-functional team. * Build and Maintain the Digital Design System: Own the development and ongoing maintenance of a unified design system across all Maurten digital products — including components, patterns, tokens, and documentation — ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficient designer-developer collaboration. * Design and Improve Live Digital Products: Support the ongoing enhancement of existing digital products through interface improvements, feature design, and iterative optimization. * Ensure Cohesive Design Strategy: Ensure Maurten's design strategy is consistently applied and translated across all digital touchpoints, maintaining a coherent visual and interactive language throughout the product ecosystem. * Create User-Centred Product Flows: Develop wireframes, user journeys, mock-ups, and polished UI designs that make complex ideas simple and usable for athletes and practitioners. * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and the Design team to align digital product design with technical, scientific, and brand needs. * Prepare Design Assets for Development: Deliver clear, production-ready design files, specifications, and handover materials to support efficient implementation. * Support Testing and Iteration: Refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, testing, and real-world product use. Who you are: You're a digital designer who cares deeply about clarity and craft, and who's at your best translating complex problems into experiences that feel effortless to use. You think in systems, move comfortably between disciplines, and hold a high bar for the details. What you bring: * 1–3 years of experience in a similar digital, product, or interaction design role. * A relevant degree — or equivalent experience — in Digital Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field. * Strong experience designing digital products, interfaces, and user flows for web or app-based products. * Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. * Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries. * A solid grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and digital design best practices. * Experience working in cross-functional product teams, alongside developers and product stakeholders. How you work: * You have strong visual judgement and a high bar for clarity, simplicity, and craft. * You keep the user at the centre, turning complex requirements into intuitive experiences. * You're comfortable in an iterative, fast-moving product environment. * You're collaborative and proactive across technical, scientific, and creative teams. * You communicate clearly, can articulate the rationale behind your decisions, and respond constructively to feedback. Is this you? If you’re interested in joining Maurten, submit your application — in English. We apply a continuous selection process, and the job post will be open until the position is filled. Response times may be longer during the summer period, but we will get back to you once the team is back. Both professional background and individual qualities will be taken into consideration during the interview process. Be part of shaping the future of fueling.
