So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. We are now looking for an Account Manager for our DACH Enterprise customers — a commercially driven relationship builder who wants to take full ownership of revenue growth across an existing portfolio of strategic customers. This is a key role in one of Mentimeter’s most important markets. Your mission will be to grow and retain our existing DACH Enterprise customer base by identifying expansion opportunities, owning renewals, building senior customer relationships, and turning customer insight into measurable revenue growth. This is not a purely reactive account management role. We are looking for someone who can create commercial momentum, manage a broad portfolio with discipline, and build trust with German-speaking Enterprise buyers who value credibility, structure, patience and a strong business case. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Sales Operations and Product-led growth teams. At the same time, this is a role for someone who enjoys ownership and autonomy. You should be comfortable operating in a scale-up environment where not everything is fully built yet, and where your ability to take initiative, make smart prioritisation decisions and move opportunities forward will matter. WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING You will join a global SaaS company with strong product adoption, an international team and a large existing customer base to grow from. In this role, you will get to: * Own commercial growth across an existing Enterprise customer portfolio in the DACH market * Combine strategic relationship-building with clear revenue ownership * Work with customers across HR, L&D, Communications, Enablement and senior leadership * Build trust with complex Enterprise organizations and help them expand the value they get from Mentimeter * Shape how we scale customer expansion in one of our most important markets * Join a global, English-first company with strong product adoption and a highly international team * Have real autonomy while being backed by a collaborative commercial organization * Work from Stockholm or Berlin in an English-first, highly international environment WHAT YOU WILL DO As Account Manager, DACH Enterprise, you will: * Take full commercial ownership of our existing DACH Enterprise customer portfolio * Drive revenue growth through expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities * Build and manage a strong pipeline of customer expansion opportunities * Own renewal processes and work proactively to protect revenue and prevent churn * Develop long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across customer organizations * Act as a trusted commercial adviser by understanding customer goals, business needs and value drivers * Identify account growth potential by using customer insights, product usage data and commercial signals * Prioritize accounts and opportunities based on revenue potential, risk and strategic value * Lead commercial conversations, negotiations and contract discussions with customers * Create fair, sustainable and value-driven agreements for both the customer and Mentimeter * Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Sales Operations and Product-led growth teams * Contribute to building a scalable, best-in-class approach to Enterprise customer expansion in the DACH market WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You will thrive in this role if you are motivated by owning a number, building trusted customer relationships and turning account potential into measurable revenue growth. Success in this role means that you: * Consistently grow revenue across your existing customer portfolio * Build a healthy and predictable expansion pipeline * Forecast accurately and manage your opportunities with structure and discipline * Develop strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders * Understand customer needs and translate them into clear commercial opportunities * Proactively identify churn risks and take action before they become renewal issues * Use data and customer insight to make smart prioritization decisions * Balance long-term relationship building with clear commercial outcomes * Collaborate effectively across teams while still driving your own work forward This is not a purely reactive account management role. We are looking for someone who actively creates opportunities, drives commercial momentum and takes ownership from insight to closed revenue. YOU WILL BE SUPPORTED BY: * Strong lead generation from our Marketing and Product teams * Sales Development Representatives who support lead qualification and opportunity creation * Customer Success Managers who partner closely with you on strategic accounts * Marketing and Sales teams who support with account analysis, campaigns and commercial tactics * A Sales Operations function to support process, data and systems * Professional tools and data sources, including Salesforce, Intercom, Mixpanel and Google Analytics to manage your pipeline, understand customer signals and identify expansion opportunities - making informed commercial decisions WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR To succeed in this role, we believe you bring: * Native or professional fluency in German business language, as your primary focus will be the DACH market * Professional-level English, as Mentimeter is an English-first company and we sell globally * Previous B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally at least 3+ years or equivalent depth in a complex commercial environment having worked with account management, expansion sales, customer growth or enterprise sales * Experience owning commercial targets and driving revenue growth across an existing customer portfolio * Strong pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity qualification skills * The ability to identify, create and close expansion opportunities with existing customers * Confidence in leading commercial conversations with senior stakeholders * Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of software contract terms and conditions * The ability to use data, customer insights and business signals to assess opportunities and make informed decisions * A structured way of working, with the ability to manage many customers and opportunities in parallel * Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly position Mentimeter against both direct and indirect competitors * A proactive, high-energy working style with the ability to create momentum independently * A genuine motivation to build long-term customer relationships while also driving clear commercial outcomes NICE TO HAVE It is a plus if you have: * Previous sales or account management experience from the German or broader DACH market * Experience selling into HR, L&D, Communications, Enablement, EdTech, HRTech or MarTech buyers * Experience working with Enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder buying groups * Experience managing renewals and expansion in a land-and-expand SaaS model * A bachelor’s or master’s degree in any relevant field NOT REQUIRED * Although this role is located in our Stockholm office, you are not required to speak Swedish. This is an individual contributor role with full commercial ownership. * You do not need to come from our exact domain, although it's a plus. Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments. We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. Mentimeter's largest customers - the global consulting firms, financial institutions, and enterprise organisations that use Mentimeter across dozens of regions and thousands of employees - have outgrown the way we manage them today. They need a strategic counterpart who can think at the account level, not the regional level. This is the first Global Account Director role at Mentimeter, and it's a genuine opportunity to build something from scratch. You will define how we coordinate and grow our most complex global accounts - not by managing teams, but by creating the architecture, the relationships, and the strategy that makes regional execution coherent and impactful. The role You will own a portfolio of five to eight of Mentimeter's most strategically important global customers. Your job is to ensure that what happens in Stockholm, Toronto, Sydney, and Berlin adds up to something greater than the sum of its parts and that our customers feel it. You will work alongside (not above) regional Strategic Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. Your influence is earned through credibility, preparation, and business understanding - not hierarchy. Your initial accounts will be drawn from the management consulting sector - the professional services firms and advisory organisations that rely on Mentimeter to engage, align, and communicate across their global practices. Financial services and pharma follow as the portfolio grows. If you have existing relationships, deep familiarity, or a strong track record in any of these verticals, that matters. What you'll do * Own the global strategy, executive relationships, and commercial direction for a portfolio of Mentimeter's most strategic accounts * Build and maintain multi-year account plans that connect Mentimeter's value to each customer's business priorities * Develop and maintain C-suite and senior executive relationships across regions, functions, and buying groups * Lead Executive Business Reviews that move conversations from product usage to business transformation * Coordinate regional Strategic Account Managers and Customer Success Managers around shared priorities - creating alignment without managing them * Identify expansion opportunities and guide their commercial development across complex, multi-region deals * Define the frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that will shape how Mentimeter manages global accounts long-term * Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP Strategic Accounts on portfolio direction, account prioritisation, and future growth What makes you the right person The non-negotiable is this: you have experience coordinating global enterprise accounts or programs across regions without owning those regions directly. You understand how the pieces fit together - the regional teams, the executive sponsors, the buying dynamics - and you know how to make all of them point in the same direction. Beyond that, we're looking for: * A career built around large, complex enterprise accounts - whether through strategic account management, global alliance management, or enterprise business development * Experience in, or strong connections to, management consulting, financial services, or pharma (Mentimeter's priority verticals for this role) * Evidence that you've built something - a new account model, a new market, a new structure - not just maintained what existed * The ability to operate at C-suite level with credibility and substance, not just access * Genuine interest in a role where your influence comes from being the most well-prepared person in the room, not from having the biggest team * Fluent English; multilingual is a plus (we're an English-first organisation with 30+ nationalities) This is not a role for someone who needs a well-defined playbook to execute. It's a role for someone who writes the playbook. What it's not * You're not a new business hunter - our Account Executives own new logo acquisition * You don't manage people - this is an individual contributor role * You don't own Customer Success, implementation, or technical support Please note that this position is located onsite at our office in Stockholm with a hybrid setup. The starting date is flexible, but ideally in November. Summer hiring notice: Due to summer vacations, we will begin the reviewing and interviewing process for this role from August. However, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workplace Integrations team. This is the product team that decides how Mentimeter shows up inside the Microsoft or Google suite, learning management systems, and the AI agents reshaping how people work. This is an ecosystem role, where Mentimeter’s thought leadership on engagement and participation gets combined with another product’s value to create something neither could produce alone. A PowerPoint deck that anticipates where attention will drift, an LMS course that reshapes next week's lesson from this week's class questions, an agent that calls Mentimeter to maximise active participation. You lead a team who ships integration features that connect directly to retention and the frequency of use that underpins our strategy. You’ll take over a team mid-execution, with some strategic calls made, other questions still open for you to resolve – you’ll own the next chapter as well as the team’s day-to-day direction. YOUR MISSION Set direction and lead the team * Own the 12-24 month integrations strategy: understand in depth how our customers work day to day, monitor where the relevant platforms (Microsoft, Google, LMSs, AI agents) are heading, and decide how Mentimeter best shows up in those workflows. * Resolve the load-bearing open questions, translating an ambitious thesis into a system the team and the broader Product department can act on. * You and the team own outcomes: name what success looks like for each integration – enterprise retention, frequency, or new-user acquisition – and measure accordingly. * Run rigorous discovery with customers, Sales, Customer Success and the platforms we integrate with, surfacing enterprise and third-party constraints (security, reliability, performance) early so they shape the plan rather than derail it. * Lead the team day to day and own scope, priorities, success criteria, and the tradeoffs, like how deep to invest in PowerPoint, or what capacity to allocate to established vs emerging workflows. * Ship into customers' hands every cycle, starting now with a stronger Menti in PowerPoint and Google Slides, and let usage data answer the open questions rather than parking them in a strategy doc. Operate across teams and functions * Point the other Product teams in the right direction on integrations; help each Menti tool PM see how integrations can strengthen and position their product, and set the shared patterns that keep the suite coherent without slowing them down. * Coach more junior PMs and partner with Product Department Leadership to feed integrations thinking back into the company-level product strategy. * Create alignment with other product teams and departments, and shape go-to-market readiness for significant releases so launches land in customer reality. Shape Mentimeter as an ecosystem product * Define how our AI designs participation moments inside the tools people already use, reading their context to know where and how. * Surface partnership opportunities as you spot them. BizDev owns partnerships, but you live in the integration space day to day and are best placed to see where a technical integration points to a partnership worth pursuing and to bring those forward with a clear rationale. * Co-own the cross-functional work on data security and access control which is the precondition for the ecosystem-level integrations we want to build. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experienced ecosystem PM * 5+ years in product management, owned product direction and business outcomes for integrations or platform products, ideally in B2B SaaS. * Thinks in ecosystems, ships features. Our integration strategy is about two value propositions combining to create something neither could produce alone. * Reads customer workflows and platform roadmaps together, and can spot when a technical integration is really a partnership opportunity worth handing to BizDev. * Experience with marketplaces or AI/agent surfaces is a plus. Technically fluent and commercially minded * Credible on APIs, OAuth and OIDC, SSO and SCIM, permission scopes and admin consent models, add-ins, MCP, and marketplace review constraints. * Connects the team's work to enterprise conversion, retention and expansion, and grounds prioritisation in customer reality. Senior judgment and influence * Raises decision quality by framing problems sharply and putting the reasoning on the page to make complex bets become workable. * Comfortable in ambiguity and able to take a space with real history and unresolved strategic questions and turn it into a plan the team and stakeholders can get behind. * Coaches more junior PMs and partners credibly with leaders across Sales, CS, Engineering, Design and Data. HOW YOU OPERATE * A clear communicator who builds alignment and creates clarity when inputs conflict or are incomplete. * Outcome-oriented and data-informed – sets explicit success measures and updates the plan as evidence lands. * Aligned with our core values and excited to help us stay true to them as we scale. Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway and let us know why you’d enjoy working in this role at Mentimeter. PRACTICAL DETAILS * This role is based in our Stockholm office, primarily onsite with the option to work from home twice per week. * Swedish is not required. Daily work is carried out in English, and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ nationalities. * A cover letter is not required as part of your application.
