Contribute field test insights to seasonal product reviews, collection sign-off meetings, and product validation discussions. Escalate critical product quality, safety, or performance issues to relevant stakeholders. Act as the internal voice of the user, ensuring field observations are accurately represented in product discussions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Design, Product Development, Purchase & Production, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
