At Voyado we build the technology that helps retailers communicate with millions of customers every day. Whether it’s a personalized email, an automated SMS after a purchase, or a real-time customer journey, the Communication Area is where those experiences come to life. Our teams build everything from customer-facing editors and automation tools to the distributed systems responsible for delivering messages reliably at scale. We’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our engineering teams within the Communication Area. You don’t need years of Engineering Management experience to succeed here—we’re looking for someone with strong leadership potential, technical credibility, and a genuine passion for helping engineers grow. You’ll report to Beate, Engineering Area Lead for Communication, and work closely with Product Managers and Architects. About the role As Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for both your team and its delivery. Your primary focus will be creating an environment where engineers can thrive. You’ll coach people, create clarity around priorities, help the team navigate challenges, and ensure sustainable delivery over time. While you won’t be expected to write production code, we believe great engineering leadership comes from understanding what your team is building. You’re naturally curious about technology, enjoy diving into the product, and want to understand the technical challenges your engineers face—not because you need to make every technical decision yourself, but because it helps you become a better leader. In this role, you will: Lead, coach and support a team of Software Engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback and development conversations. Create clarity around priorities, planning and team ownership while enabling sustainable delivery. Foster an inclusive, collaborative and psychologically safe team culture where people can grow. Help the team navigate dependencies, remove obstacles and continuously improve ways of working. Contribute to cross-team collaboration within one of Voyado’s fastest-growing product areas. Who you are You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping engineers succeed. You build trust by listening, asking good questions and creating an environment where people take ownership. You enjoy coaching others, but you’re equally interested in understanding the product and technology your team works with. You don’t need to be the most technical person in the room, but you’re comfortable participating in technical discussions and earning credibility through curiosity and good judgement. We also believe you have: Experience leading software engineering teams as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Team Lead or similar. A software engineering background that allows you to engage confidently in technical discussions. Experience working with senior engineers and enabling teams through coaching rather than hands-on implementation. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. An interest in improving ways of working while respecting what already works well. Excellent communication skills in English. It’s a bonus if you’ve worked within SaaS, distributed systems, retail tech, martech or CRM platforms. High Impact. Great People. Real Growth. You’ll join a company with strong momentum, modern technology, and a collaborative culture where ideas and initiatives are encouraged. At Voyado, we care about creating an environment where people can grow, collaborate, and enjoy the journey together. We move quickly, challenge ideas, and work closely across teams to deliver meaningful impact. Some of our benefits: 30 days of vacation Wellness allowance Personal development opportunities Summits and team activities Four days from the office and one day from home About Voyado Voyado is the Agentic Customer Experience Suite for retail. BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE! At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! Please Note: As we enter the summer vacation period, responses to applications will be delayed throughout July. We appreciate your patience while the team takes a well-earned break. We'll be back in full force from August! ABOUT THE ROLE Tandem Health is building technology that helps clinicians work more effectively, safely, and sustainably. As we scale, we want our support experience to be fast, reliable, and increasingly automated. Today, much of our clinician support is handled manually, with trained clinicians and internal teams responding to questions through Intercom. We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Lead to improve this. In this role, you will leverage the latest developments in AI to build a tech-enabled customer support function that is as automated as possible, while still maintaining excellent clinician satisfaction and clear human escalation paths when needed. You will own and improve our support setup in Intercom, creating better triage, automation, documentation, routing, and escalation processes. Your work will help clinicians get faster, higher-quality support, while giving our Engineering and Medical Operations teams more time back. This role is based in Stockholm and requires strong Swedish and English language skills. You will support clinicians in Sweden as well as other markets, including the UK. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Build an AI-enabled first line of support for clinicians, using Intercom and other tools to automate common questions and workflows. * Own and improve our Intercom setup, including inbox structure, workflows, bots, macros, tagging, routing, and reporting. * Create a clear triage and escalation system so support issues are prioritised and routed to the right team. * Identify recurring support themes and turn them into automation, help centre content, playbooks, or product feedback. * Work closely with Product & Engineering and Medical Operations teams to resolve issues and reduce manual support load. * Build and maintain support documentation, internal guides, clinician-facing content, and troubleshooting workflows. * Define when support should be automated, when a human should step in, and when issues should escalate. * Track support performance, including response times, resolution times, automation rate, escalation rate, and clinician satisfaction. WHAT YOU BRING * Experience in technical support, customer operations, support operations, product operations, or a similar role. * Strong interest in AI and automation, with excitement about applying new tools to real operational problems. * Experience working with Intercom or a similar customer support platform. * A technical mindset: you can investigate issues, understand product behaviour, and work effectively with Product and Engineering. * A systems mindset: you do not just want to answer the same question repeatedly; you want to build a better support system. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. * Good judgement around when to automate, when to involve a human, and when to escalate. * Comfort creating documentation, workflows, playbooks, and support processes from scratch. * A strong customer focus and care for delivering a high-quality clinician experience. BONUS POINTS * Experience building AI-powered or highly automated support workflows. * Experience with Intercom Fin, Zendesk AI, Ada, Decagon, Sierra, ChatGPT-based workflows, or similar tools. * Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, regulated products, or other safety-sensitive environments. * Familiarity with support analytics, product feedback loops, bug reporting, or QA processes. * Experience helping a support function move from manual and reactive to structured, scalable, and automated. LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in either Stockholm or London (with strong preference for Stockholm) where you will work primarily in order to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. HOW TO APPLY We adopt a continuous selection process, so please make sure to apply with your CV in English. Our interview process consists of stages: 1. Screening interview with Talent Acquisition 2. First interview with Head of Commercial Excellence 3. Second interview with our CEO 4. Working Day - Join us in the Stockholm office for a day to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action. BENEFITS * Competitive salary & company stock options * 30 days/year of paid vacation * 5,000 SEK wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) plus an additional 6,000 SEK yearly to spend on other health related initiatives * Generous Parental leave top-up for new parents * Private Medical Insurance to stay healthy * Mental health support through our partner Mindler * Pension program * Social and team-building activities (off-sites, after works, winter/summer parties) * An opportunity to make a real positive impact in the world of healthcare * Work with some of the best minds in AI, healthcare, and engineering. We review our benefits packages on a regular basis and might modify our benefits from time to time. CULTURE AT TANDEM At Tandem, we move fast, think big, and take ownership. We're a high-performing, diverse team with a shared drive to change the future of healthcare - and we’re just getting started. Our culture is built on action, ambition, and learning. You'll be trusted to take the lead, challenge yourself, and make an impact from day one. We believe real growth happens when you're stretched, supported, and surrounded by smart, passionate teammates who want to win together. Hi there! Shape how AI-native engineering builds the products millions of people use to understand their energy. Most engineering teams still treat AI coding tools as a productivity add-on bolted onto business-as-usual development. At Eliq, we're building a true agentic engineering team, and we're looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer to join the cross-functional team behind our app and our modular, white-label web platform — orchestrating AI agents, not hand-cranking every line of code, to turn ideas into shipped features. This is a role for a curious, hands-on builder who enjoys orchestrating AI agents and verifying their work, rather than typing every line themselves. You'll have the space and support to take initiative, contribute to Product and UX/UI decisions, and see the direct results of your work. You'll be operating in a small, high-ownership team building the platform that powers 30+ utilities across 13 European markets. This is not a role where you wait for a fully-specced ticket — it's about orchestrating agents, verifying their output, and owning features end to end. This role reports to Engineering Manager Hadi Tavakoli and will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams. What You'll Do Agentic Orchestration: Direct AI coding agents to design, build, test, and ship features — centered on Angular + Capacitor, extending into .NET when a feature demands it. Verify AI output rigorously against types, tests, and real data, so hallucinations are driven to zero and releases are production-ready. Feature & Bug Ownership: Take full ownership of features and bugs end to end — gather information about the problem, design the solution, build it, and test the quality of the finished work. White-Label Reusability: Build configurable, reusable components for our white-label platform that scale cleanly across many branded instances. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA — proactively pulling in the information you need, meeting clients and internal teams directly, and helping shape Product and UX decisions along the way. Who You Are Curious about AI tooling and motivated to get genuinely good at directing it, not just using it. Comfortable being hands-on orchestrating, prompting, and verifying agents yourself rather than waiting on someone else to build it. Strong sense of ownership, able to take initiative and move features forward even when not everything is defined. Solid Angular + TypeScript fundamentals, enough to review, debug, and trust AI-generated code. We weigh AI-orchestration ability and frontend judgement over raw years of experience. A verification mindset: types, tests, reading the docs, checking against real data. Open to using AI agents to navigate .NET backend work, even without deep backend experience. Comfortable working closely across Engineering, Product, Design, and QA, contributing your perspective rather than waiting for instructions. Bonus If You Bring Experience with Capacitor / Ionic or other hybrid mobile frameworks. Experience with white-label or modular application architecture. Familiarity with API design. Why This Role Make a Real Impact – Help energy utilities/retail and other industries accelerate the clean energy transition while improving end-customer experience. Shape how an AI-native engineering team actually works at Eliq. 25 business days of annual vacation. Annual team events together with our colleagues from Sweden, UK, and Lithuania. Wellness and education allowance. 📍 Location This is a small team co-located in the same office in Gothenburg, Sweden, so the expectation would be that you’re keen to work in the office most of the time. We do have a company policy of flexible working hours and hybrid work (Mondays, Thursdays, and the 3rd day of your choice are in-office days for the team). If you read this far, it's time to apply: We think you’re excited to work with a team that moves fast, takes risks, and comes to work every day motivated to build solutions that impact millions of people. You don't need to tick every box. If this role excites you, we'd still love to hear from you. Please apply with your CV in English.

Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending the latest in tech with the greatest in soundtracking — from our Stockholm HQ to offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, and Seoul. We're an industry leader with a startup mentality. We take what we do seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Come create with us, and let the world feel your work. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll join an embedded, AI-native analytics team that sits inside the commercial and product domains driving our growth. You'll work closely with DRM and Music leadership — and the product team — as we grow our Music & DRM business. On the DRM side, you'll validate the metrics that matter, build business cases that motivate product investment, and back our position in platform negotiations. On the Music side, you'll help leadership make better decisions faster: shaping how we think about capex and acquisition tradeoffs, making our biggest financial decisions more data-driven, and building a clear picture of how music moves across our platform and out into the world. You'll have a dedicated mandate spanning both DRM and Music while drawing on the shared infrastructure, engineering support, and peers of our central Data & Analytics team. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Be a trusted thought partner to Music and DRM leadership. Bring structured thinking to high-stakes questions, sanity-check what we measure, and proactively raise the questions stakeholders haven't thought to ask. * Build the business cases that move decisions forward. Turn platform data into the commercial case for what we should build next, and put hard numbers behind contract terms, rate changes, and revenue-share positions where the stakes are real money. * See around corners. Bring data-driven insights around our music investments, and build a deep understanding of how different customer segments use our music — so we can anticipate where demand is heading before it shows up in the numbers. * Connect what happens on our platform with how music performs in the world. Run deep-dives that combine internal and external data to explain why a metric moved, where value is being left on the table, and where the growth opportunities are. * Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, and use AI coding tools to ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes directly so both people and AI tools can rely on it. * Uphold analytical rigour as self-serve expands. Push back on false precision in revenue and accrual estimates, set the bar for what good analysis looks like, and resist unnecessary complexity where a simpler approach serves the decision better. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Senior-level influence. You've driven real business impact by shaping decisions at the leadership level and moving revenue outcomes. * High agency. Habit of driving decisions through tailored communication and data storytelling. * Sharp analytical instincts. You scope vague questions with vetted frameworks, state hypotheses up front, and reason to a defensible answer even with imperfect data. * Sound judgement about data. A solid grasp of statistics and the discernment to know when past data predicts the future and when to override it for where the business is heading. * Technical versatility. Proficiency across SQL and Python (notebooks in Hex), dbt (on BigQuery), plus experience with AI coding tools and techniques including context engineering and evals. * Platform curiosity. You don't need prior rights-management experience, but you're genuinely curious to learn how the music platforms actually work, and how that connects to our business. MUSIC TO OUR EARS * Experience combining data across platforms — e.g. joining first-party product data with external platform data — to explain shifts in user behaviour. * Data modelling know-how and experience with semantic layers. * A track record of validating and refining metrics in a data-mature environment, and of building business cases that turned into real product investment. WHAT WE'LL OFFER * A fast-paced environment with real room for personal growth and tangible impact on the business. * The chance to help write the new playbook for running Analytics in the AI era, combining timeless principles with fresh learnings from emerging tooling. * A diverse, collaborative team of Analysts and Engineers building together. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world. We value diversity and encourage everyone to come and soundtrack the world with us. APPLICATION Ready to make the world feel your work? Please apply, in English.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the VP of Revenue Operations and Global Sales Leadership as we scale our enterprise business — defining what success looks like across the full bow-tie funnel, from pipeline generation to expansion revenue, and proving it with data. You'll have a dedicated mandate within the Enterprise GTM org while drawing on the shared infrastructure, engineering support, and peers of our central Data & Analytics team. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define success metrics, surface growth opportunities across the enterprise bow-tie funnel, and shape GTM strategy with evidence — proactively raising the questions stakeholders haven't thought to ask. * Build and refine the models that steer the business — customer segmentation for territory and capacity planning, lead and account scoring for pipeline quality, and forecasting for pipeline and revenue. * Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, and use AI coding tools to ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes directly so both people and AI tools can rely on it. * Own the analytical backbone of how the enterprise business is steered — KPI and metric definitions aligned across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and the monthly, quarterly, and annual performance forums, owning the narrative, not just the slides. * Close data gaps and build scalable, self-serve measurement infrastructure so GTM teams can monitor long-term performance without you in the loop. * Uphold rigor as self-serve expands — push back on false precision in pipeline and forecast numbers, set the bar for what good analysis looks like, and resist sophistication, statistical or AI, where a simpler approach serves the decision better. Hands-on experience in product-led and SaaS businesses, with a solid grasp of subscription economics and the metrics that drive them. ABOUT THE ROLE X Shore is rebuilding operations and product development under new ownership. We are now looking for a Mechanical Engineering & Analysis Manager to lead the structural and mechanical integrity of our electric boats — ensuring that every hull, component, and assembly that leaves Nyköping is designed right, validated correctly, and built to last. This is a leadership role with deep technical ownership. You will guide a small engineering team, drive analysis and simulation work, and be the person who signs off that our mechanical solutions are both safe and manufacturable. The role is based on-site at our office and production facility in Nyköping. ROLE PURPOSE Own the mechanical engineering function — from concept validation and structural analysis through to production release — ensuring that X Shore boats are designed to specification, analysed to standard, and handed to production with complete and correct documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead mechanical engineering and structural analysis activities across the X Shore product range * Own FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD simulations — from setup through to results interpretation and design recommendations * Define and maintain engineering standards, tolerances, and material specifications * Review and approve drawings, 3D models, and engineering change orders * Manage product validation testing: define test plans, oversee execution, and sign off results * Work closely with production engineering to ensure designs are manufacturable and assembly-ready * Lead root cause analysis on field failures, warranty cases, and production non-conformances * Maintain the mechanical BOM structure and ensure drawing revisions are controlled and complete * Support supplier development — reviewing manufacturing capabilities and engaging on critical components * Build and develop a small team of mechanical engineers, setting clear priorities and technical standards * Contribute to design reviews, risk assessments, and certification activities (e.g. CE, RCD) TECHNICAL DEPTH — WHAT WE NEED X Shore builds high-performance electric boats in marine-grade aluminium and composite materials. The Mechanical Engineering & Analysis Manager must be able to go deep — not just manage the team, but own the analysis work and stand behind the results. * Define and execute FEA studies for hull structures, brackets, mounts, and drivetrain interfaces * Assess fatigue life, impact loads, and hydrostatic pressure scenarios relevant to marine certification * Interpret and challenge simulation outputs — know when results are credible and when the model needs revisiting * Specify and oversee physical testing that correlates with simulation work * Drive design-for-manufacture review: identify tolerance stack-ups, assembly constraints, and production risks before they reach the floor QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent * Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role * Hands-on FEA experience using commercial tools (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, or similar) * Strong working knowledge of CAD — 3D modelling and drawing release in tools such as SOLIDWORKS or CATIA * Experience in metals and composites — material selection, joining methods, and manufacturing constraints * Documented experience leading engineering validation: test planning, execution, and sign-off * Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage * Available to work on-site in Nyköping NICE TO HAVE * Background in marine, automotive, aerospace, or high-performance vehicle engineering * Experience with CE marking, RCD (Recreational Craft Directive), or ISO 12215 hull structural standards * Experience from a company in growth, transformation, or restart phase * Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/PLM systems NON-NEGOTIABLES * Hands-on analysis capability — this role requires personal technical output, not just management * Rigorous approach to documentation — drawings, reports, and release notes are complete before sign-off * Speaks up early when a design has a structural risk, regardless of schedule pressure * Takes ownership of problems through to resolution — not just identification * Treats manufacturing constraints as design inputs, not afterthoughts * Comfortable leading in an environment where processes are still being built WHAT GOOD AND BAD LOOK LIKE WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE Design decisions are backed by analysis before production release Production raises a structural question — engineering has the answer the same day Test results correlate with simulation — deviations are explained Drawing revisions are controlled and complete — no ambiguity on the floor Field failures are root-caused with corrective action in place within two weeks Engineers know what they are working on, why, and what good looks like WHAT BAD LOOKS LIKE Designs released without structural validation Production finds structural issues during assembly Test data filed without interpretation or corrective action Multiple drawing versions in circulation simultaneously Failures are documented but never actioned Team direction unclear — priorities shift without explanation PERSONAL QUALITIES To succeed in this role we believe you: * Are technically rigorous and do not accept 'close enough' when precision matters * Lead by example — you still do the hard analysis work yourself * Are structured and clear in how you communicate engineering decisions * Build credibility with production and suppliers through sound technical judgement * Are comfortable in ambiguity and can create structure where little exists * Have strong drive and see problems through to resolution * Thrive in a small, fast-moving team where every person's contribution is visible KEY INTERFACES * Head of R&D — direct reporting line; alignment on technical direction, priorities, and resource * Production Engineering — design-for-manufacture review, assembly support, and non-conformance resolution * Procurement — supplier capability assessment, component specifications, and critical part qualification * Quality — validation testing, field failure analysis, and certification documentation * External suppliers and partners — manufacturing review, tooling sign-off, and prototype builds WHAT WE OFFER At X Shore you get the chance to be part of an exciting journey with significant responsibility and real impact. You will be a central figure in rebuilding the engineering function of a pioneering electric boat company — setting the technical standards that determine whether our boats are safe, reliable, and built right. This is not a caretaker role. It is a building role, and the standards you set today will shape the product for years to come.
