Det ingår också att föra löpande dialog med berörda aktörer, såsom markägare, förvaltare, samebyar, SSR, andra myndigheter med flera. Regelbunden avstämning sker även med kollegor inom myndigheten. We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Lead to improve this. In this role, you will leverage the latest developments in AI to build a tech-enabled customer support function that is as automated as possible, while still maintaining excellent clinician satisfaction and clear human escalation paths when needed. You will own and improve our support setup in Intercom, creating better triage, automation, documentation, routing, and escalation processes. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Build an AI-enabled first line of support for clinicians, using Intercom and other tools to automate common questions and workflows. * Own and improve our Intercom setup, including inbox structure, workflows, bots, macros, tagging, routing, and reporting. * Create a clear triage and escalation system so support issues are prioritised and routed to the right team. * Identify recurring support themes and turn them into automation, help centre content, playbooks, or product feedback. * Work closely with Product & Engineering and Medical Operations teams to resolve issues and reduce manual support load. * Build and maintain support documentation, internal guides, clinician-facing content, and troubleshooting workflows. * Define when support should be automated, when a human should step in, and when issues should escalate. * Track support performance, including response times, resolution times, automation rate, escalation rate, and clinician satisfaction. At Eliq, we're building a true agentic engineering team, and we're looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer to join the cross-functional team behind our app and our modular, white-label web platform — orchestrating AI agents, not hand-cranking every line of code, to turn ideas into shipped features. This is a role for a curious, hands-on builder who enjoys orchestrating AI agents and verifying their work, rather than typing every line themselves. You'll have the space and support to take initiative, contribute to Product and UX/UI decisions, and see the direct results of your work. You'll be operating in a small, high-ownership team building the platform that powers 30+ utilities across 13 European markets. This is not a role where you wait for a fully-specced ticket — it's about orchestrating agents, verifying their output, and owning features end to end. This role reports to Engineering Manager Hadi Tavakoli and will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams. What You'll Do Agentic Orchestration: Direct AI coding agents to design, build, test, and ship features — centered on Angular + Capacitor, extending into .NET when a feature demands it. Verify AI output rigorously against types, tests, and real data, so hallucinations are driven to zero and releases are production-ready. Feature & Bug Ownership: Take full ownership of features and bugs end to end — gather information about the problem, design the solution, build it, and test the quality of the finished work. White-Label Reusability: Build configurable, reusable components for our white-label platform that scale cleanly across many branded instances. Interim Responsible Value Chain Manager Are you a senior consultant with experience in due diligence, compliance and responsible value chains within metals and minerals? Would you like to contribute specialist expertise in an international industrial company where responsible business conduct, business ethics and regulatory compliance are business-critical matters? The role On behalf of our client Boliden, we are looking for an experienced Responsible Value Chain Manager for a one-year assignment. Strategically important and plays a central role in ensuring continuity, quality and regulatory compliance in Boliden’s work with due diligence and responsible business conduct in the global metals and minerals value chain. The role is placed within the sustainability function and reports to the Sustainability Manager. ABOUT THE ROLE X Shore is rebuilding operations and product development under new ownership. We are now looking for a Mechanical Engineering & Analysis Manager to lead the structural and mechanical integrity of our electric boats — ensuring that every hull, component, and assembly that leaves Nyköping is designed right, validated correctly, and built to last. This is a leadership role with deep technical ownership. You will guide a small engineering team, drive analysis and simulation work, and be the person who signs off that our mechanical solutions are both safe and manufacturable. The role is based on-site at our office and production facility in Nyköping. ROLE PURPOSE Own the mechanical engineering function — from concept validation and structural analysis through to production release — ensuring that X Shore boats are designed to specification, analysed to standard, and handed to production with complete and correct documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead mechanical engineering and structural analysis activities across the X Shore product range * Own FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD simulations — from setup through to results interpretation and design recommendations * Define and maintain engineering standards, tolerances, and material specifications * Review and approve drawings, 3D models, and engineering change orders * Manage product validation testing: define test plans, oversee execution, and sign off results * Work closely with production engineering to ensure designs are manufacturable and assembly-ready * Lead root cause analysis on field failures, warranty cases, and production non-conformances * Maintain the mechanical BOM structure and ensure drawing revisions are controlled and complete * Support supplier development — reviewing manufacturing capabilities and engaging on critical components * Build and develop a small team of mechanical engineers, setting clear priorities and technical standards * Contribute to design reviews, risk assessments, and certification activities (e.g. CE, RCD) TECHNICAL DEPTH — WHAT WE NEED X Shore builds high-performance electric boats in marine-grade aluminium and composite materials. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Arbetet som elevassistent ställer stora krav på din förmåga att exempelvis vara lyhörd och flexibel. Du ska kunna möta elever i olika situationer och som också kan behöva en hjälpande hand under sin skoldag och på fritids. Det kan också uppstå komplexa och utmanande situationer där du med ditt lugn som elevassistent ger eleven ett tryggt bemötande. Du kommer som elevassistent att ingå i ett arbetslag med lärare och tillsammans med dem planerar ni elevernas skoldagar som kan innebära att undervisningen kan förläggas utanför skolområdet  Tjänstgöring kan även förekomma på Åsbackaskolan. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har: • utbildning från barn- och fritidsprogrammet, assistentutbildning eller annan likvärdig kompetens • utbildning och/eller erfarenhet av arbete med elever med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar, lågaffektivt bemötande, intellektuell funktionsnedsättning En förutsättning för att Du ska kunna arbeta hos oss är att Du kan svenskt teckenspråk då vår teckenspråkiga miljö är mycket viktig.  Du ska kunna de i skolan vanligt förekommande IT-programmen.  Det är meriterande om du har: • erfarenhet av att samverka och vara ett komplement i ett arbetslag • ett lösningsfokuserat förhållningssätt som även är engagerande, vägledande och motiverande.
