Ansvarsområden Förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll: Planera och genomföra underhåll av utrustning, fastighets- och mediasystem. Externa kontakter: Medverka vid inspektioner från kunder och myndigheter. Inköp och budget: Ansvara för inköp av reservdelar och beställning av extern service till utrustningar inom ramen för budget samt bedöma och fatta beslut om åtgärder utifrån gällande behörigheter. Förbättringsarbete: Identifiera, utföra och dokumentera förbättringsarbeten enligt LEAN-principer. Support och arbetsmiljö: Stötta samtliga avdelningar och hyresgäster med teknisk support samt delta aktivt i företagets systematiska Säkerhets-, Hälsa- och miljöarbete. Kvalifikationer Utbildning: Teknisk eller naturvetenskaplig akademisk utbildning alternativt likvärdig erfarenhet inom processindustriell verksamhet, gärna från medicinteknisk eller läkemedelsproduktion. Erfarenhet av underhåll: Erfarenhet av systematiskt underhållsarbete med förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll i en GMP-reglerad miljö. Projektvana: Erfarenhet av att självständigt driva mindre och medelstora underhålls- och investeringsprojekt. Meriterande: Tidigare erfarenhet av inköp av bygg-, reparation- och underhållstjänster. Personliga egenskaper: Strategisk förmåga med ett proaktivt arbetssätt för att uppnå uppsatta mål. Om tjänsten Vi söker nu processoperatörer till vår kund i Malmö. Arbetet är förlagt på tvåskift men skiftgången kan komma att varieras. Vi söker dig med tidigare erfarenhet av läkemedelstillverkning alternativt en utbildning inom det relevanta området. Kunden är ett väletablerat företag inom läkemedelstillverkning och specialiserar sig mot medicinska krämer, salvor & gels. Arbetsuppgifter Dina arbetsuppgifter innebär främst arbete inne i tillverkningen. Där arbetar du med förberedelser inför produktionen av läkemedlet. Förberedelse inför produktion: Uppvägning av råmaterial, arbeta enligt SOP'ar för de olika typer av läkemedel. Ställa in maskiner och förbereda linjen. Dokumentera de olika stegen utifrån GMP. Tillverkning: Maskin övervakning och körning. Dokumentation utifrån cGMP. Dina arbetsuppgifter innebär även att du tar prover och skickar till labb för provtagning/kvalitetskontroller. Fyllning/packning: Maskinkörning, etikettering och packning av färdigproducerade läkemedelsprodukter. Kontroll av batchnummer på produkt samt förpackning. Packa och leverera ut pall till lagret. Löpande dokumentation och kvalitetssäkring. Profil & bakgrund Rollen som processoperatör kräver stor noggrannhet och att du är bekväm med att arbeta med dokumentation i det dagliga arbetet. Som person är du prestigelös och är inte rädd för att fråga en extra gång om du är osäker. Vi söker framförallt dig med erfarenhet av liknande arbete. För att vara aktuell för rollen behöver du ha väldigt goda kunskaper inom det svenska språket och ha lätt för att förstå instruktioner.
