Södra Älvsborgs Räddningstjänstförbund (SÄRF) är ett kommunalförbund som organiserar och ansvarar för räddningstjänsten i sex kommuner: Bollebygd, Borås, Mark, Svenljunga, Tranemo och Ulricehamn. Vi är ca 500 anställda med två heltidstationer som finns i Borås och Skene och är bland de största räddningstjänstförbunden i landet avseende Räddningstjänstpersonal i Beredskap (deltidsbrandmän). Huvudkontoret ligger i Borås, förbundets övningsfält vid Guttasjön och totalt finns det 24 brandstationer belägna i samtliga kommuner Larm- och ledningsbefäl till ledningscentralen Älvsborg Vill du ha en nyckelroll i räddningstjänstens ledningsarbete och bidra till att räddningsinsatser genomförs effektivt och säkert? Södra Älvsborgs räddningstjänst söker nu Larm- och ledningsbefäl, en dynamisk roll där du verkligen har chans att göra skillnad, med möjlighet att arbeta nära operativ ledning och bidra till samhällets trygghet. Uppdrag Som LLB verkar du inom beslutsdomänen systemledning och utför uppgifter utifrån de roller funktionen omfattar - så som ledningsstöd, initial resurshantering och responsanpassnig. Du kommer verka inom ett räddningsledningssystem som sträcker sig från Mellerud i norr till Laholm i söder. Inom räddningsledningssystemet arbetar flera LLB parallellt, placerade på geografiskt spridda ledningscentraler i Trollhättan, Borås och Halmstad. Vi söker nu larm- och ledningsbefäl med placering i Borås. Du kommer verka tillsammans med två andra LLB under ett och samma vakthavande befäl. En central del av uppdraget som LLB är att bidra till en obruten ledningsprocess. Du värderar kontinuerligt information om hjälpbehov vid olyckor och anpassar responstilldelningen utifrån aktuell lägesbild. I rollen initierar, inriktar och samordnar du andra tidskritiska åtgärder i det tidiga skedet av räddningsinsatser. Du säkerställer att pågående räddningsinsatser följs upp och ger kontinuerligt och proaktivt ledningsstöd till insatsorganisationen. Genom aktiv uppföljning och framtagande av relevanta beslutsunderlag skapar du goda förutsättningar för insatsledningens arbete. Som LLB ansvarar du också för att räddningsinsatserna är försedda med rätt resurser och förmågor för ett effektivt genomförande. I detta ingår att upprätthålla nära samverkan och kontakt med SOS Alarm. Vidare säkerställer du initial beredskapshantering inom ditt tilldelade område och utför åtgärder för att upprätthålla beredskap enligt givna ramar. I tjänsten ingår det även att arbeta dagtid med arbetsuppgifter som utformas tillsammans med chef, utifrån personlig kompetens. Då vårt räddningsledningssystem är nytt och vi kommer befinna oss i en kraftig uppbyggnads- och utvecklingsfas förväntas det även att du är med och bidrar till utvecklingen av det robusta räddningsledningssystem som vi vill vara. Kvalifikationer Utbildning För att vara aktuell för tjänsten ska du ha genomfört någon av följande utbildningar med godkänt resultat: · Ledningskursen Lk1b, eller · påbyggnadsutbildningen för brandingenjörer (RUB), eller · annan äldre utbildning som bedöms likvärdig. · Erfarenhet i operativ ledningsfunktion inom övergripande och/eller skadeplatsnära ledning Meriterande · Att ha genomfört ledningskurs Larm- och ledningsbefäl, Lk3 Kunskaper och färdigheter · Tillämpad kunskap i LSO och arbetsmiljölagstiftning · God förståelse för ledningsprocessen, beslutsdomäner samt ELS och ramverket Gemensamma grunder · Kunskap inom larm- och beredskapshantering, prioriteringsprinciper, taktik och metod · Förmåga att hantera informations- och lägesbild samt använda tekniska besluts- och sambandsstöd · Förmåga att koordinera resurser, strukturera och förmedla information i realtid · Mod och omdöme att fatta beslut även vid otydliga förutsättningar Personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som är strukturerad och metodisk och känner dig trygg i ett högt arbetstempo. Det nya räddningsledningssystemet kommer sträcka sig från Mellerud i norr till Laholm i söder och bestå av tre ledningscentraler belägna i Trollhättan, Borås och Halmstad.
