Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO As Retail Labour & Productivity Manager, you lead and develop a specialist team while owning the global frameworks for labour standards, workforce planning and productivity across our retail formats. You set the foundations for how labour is planned, deployed and measured, ensuring the right balance between productivity, fairness, customer experience and operational efficiency. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an execution-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to help scale and optimise our commercial operations across multiple markets. This is a hands-on RevOps role focused on systems, workflows, reporting, CRM governance, and operational execution. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Medical Operations (Post sales), and Operations to ensure our commercial engine runs smoothly as we continue to grow across markets. Ideally you already have a couple of years of RevOps, commercial operations, or broader commercial / operational experience in a fast-growing company, and are comfortable executing across a broad range of projects, navigating multiple stakeholders, and getting things done without needing heavy structure or oversight. WHAT YOU’LL DO REVENUE OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS * Support the build and rollout of a modern Revenue Operations function, helping to implement scalable processes, systems, and tooling within a greenfield environment free from legacy tech debt. * Build, optimise, and maintain commercial workflows across multiple systems and teams * Support integrations and ensure systems communicate effectively across the commercial stack * Help connect data sources and improve reporting accuracy and visibility across the business * Maintain CRM hygiene, governance, and data quality standards PROJECT EXECUTION * Own and execute multiple RevOps projects simultaneously across different departments and markets * Support GTM efficiency and workflow management across all markets (10 current markets) * Drive operational initiatives from setup through to execution and optimisation * Help operationalise initiatives that have already been identified but lack execution capacity internally * Improve operational efficiency by identifying gaps, friction points, and manual processes COMMERCIAL ENABLEMENT * Support outbound and prospecting operations, including lead enrichment, research, sequencing, and workflow setup for commercial teams * Improve processes and automation supporting SDRs and commercial representatives * Support NPS follow-up workflows and customer lifecycle processes * Create and maintain reporting dashboards and operational visibility for leadership teams WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Demonstrable experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles * Experience working in fast-growing or scaling companies * Strong systems experience.
