Bosgårdsskolan är en av Varbergs största grundskolor, belägen i Tvååker där samhälle möter natur. Här möts cirka 580 elever och 80 medarbetare varje dag. Just nu befinner vi oss i en förnyelsefas då Bosgårdsskolan står inför en omfattande ombyggnation. Därför är vår verksamhet för närvarande utspridd på lokaler i både Tvååker och centrala Varberg. Vi fortsätter att driva vår pedagogiska utveckling med samma höga ambition medan vi väntar på att få återvända till våra nya lokaler. 1 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som lärare i idrott och hälsa hos oss har du ett ansvar att ge eleverna förutsättningar att utveckla en allsidig rörelseförmåga och en god kroppslig självbild. Du blir en del av ett kollegium där vi tillsammans skapar bästa möjliga möte för lärande och ser till att undervisningen ger eleverna verktyg att förstå hälsofaktorer samt hur fysisk aktivitet påverkar det totala välbefinnandet. Hos oss får du utrymme att utforma en undervisning som omfattar såväl komplexa rörelseformer i olika fysiska sammanhang som vistelse i natur och utemiljöer under olika årstider. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: • Planera, genomföra och utvärdera undervisningen i idrott och hälsa. • Skapa förutsättningar för alla elever att delta i lekar, spel, idrotter och andra fysiska aktiviteter efter egen förmåga. • Skapa en trygg och motiverande lärmiljö som främjar elevernas fysiska, psykiska och sociala hälsa. • Genomföra undervisning i friluftsliv och säkerhet, inklusive hantering av nödsituationer vid vatten och på isar. • Tillämpa formativ bedömning och dokumentera elevernas kunskapsutveckling mot läroplanens kriterier. • Bidra aktivt till skolans gemensamma arbete med trygghet, värdegrund och goda relationer. KVALIFIKATIONER För att lyckas i rollen har du en särskild förmåga att skapa engagemang och motivera elever till att utmana sin rörelseförmåga i olika miljöer. Du visar omdöme i ditt pedagogiska ledarskap, vilket är avgörande för att säkerställa en trygg och säker lärmiljö, särskilt vid aktiviteter utomhus eller i vatten. Som en del av skolans team samarbetar du professionellt med kollegor för att stödja elevernas hela utveckling, och du anpassar ditt arbetssätt för att möta variationen i elevernas motoriska och sociala förutsättningar. Vi söker dig som: • Är legitimerad lärare med behörighet i idrott och hälsa i åk 1-6. • Har en god kommunikativ förmåga och kan samverka professionellt med elever, kollegor och vårdnadshavare. • Har förmåga att vila din undervisning på beprövad erfarenhet och vetenskaplig grund. • Uppvisar skicklighet i att planera och följa upp verksamheten systematiskt utifrån givna ramar. • God bedömningsförmåga för att följa upp elevers utveckling och ge konstruktiv feedback. • Tydlig planeringsförmåga för att strukturera lektioner och arbetsområden.
