Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. The Workplace Technology Lead owns everything technical a person touches when they walk into the office — onboarding, hardware, AV, cabling, and physical-security infrastructure — with Workplace Technology Staff supporting as the site scales, and works alongside the EAs, Workspace, Office Managers, and Brand/Events teams. One Lead per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver); they share playbooks and cover for one another. This role owns Stockholm. What You'll Be Doing * Own Stockholm's workplace technology end to end — the day-to-day experience for staff and guests. Lead the Workplace Technology Staff where the site has them; do the work yourself and build the team where it doesn't. * Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding on the ground: devices staged, accounts and access provisioned, day-one setup, and the in-person welcome to Legora's tools — Workplace handles the desk and space. * Own the AV and conferencing estate — meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV. * Inside Workplace’s office buildouts, program-manage the physical systems — cameras, badge / access-control, and structured cabling: oversee installers, hold vendors to Legora’s standards and acceptance tests, and make sure each is installed correctly, comes up on the network, and stays available. Workplace owns the buildout; you own that the tech works; Security owns access policy and monitoring. * Manage the local hardware lifecycle — provisioning, stock, repairs, returns — and be the site’s top escalation point above first-line support. * Resolve local requests through Legora’s shared service desk, working to common SLAs with automated routing. * Oversee the site’s technology spend — AV, hardware, and IT / AV vendors — forecasting with Finance and feeding the overall site budget that Workplace owns. Who You Are * 6+ years across IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including running on-site buildouts end to end — you're comfortable owning a site. * Ready to incubate a site — happy to start as the sole technologist and build the team as the office grows. * A program manager at heart — you can scope a fit-out, keep installers, vendors, and timelines on track, and own a budget and forecast spend without drama. * Hands-on and present — this is a five-days-on-site role (you can't stage a new hire's desk or recover a dropped meeting room remotely), and you like being the person on the floor who makes the space work. * A calm partner and — where there’s a team — a steady manager who develops people; you're the point of contact when an event or VIP visit depends on the tech. * Standards-minded and ambitious — you want your site to set the bar the others copy, and you keep the next buildout cleaner than the last. Nice To Have * AV and conferencing at scale — room design, signal flow, and acceptance testing (Neat, Zoom Rooms). * Technical program management of physical installs — structured / low-voltage cabling and commissioning of building systems. * Physical-security infrastructure — badge / access-control and camera / CCTV (e.g. Verkada): keeping it installed, networked, and available, and coordinating installers. * Office network fundamentals — Meraki and the local network spine, working with the IT Systems team. * Endpoint and onboarding logistics — macOS provisioning, Jamf / Apple Business Manager, and staging hardware for new hires. * Comfortable running support through an ITSM / service-desk platform and adopting AI-assisted, agentic automation — we run an AI-native ITSM (Serval), and exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice transfers well. * Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and 1Password. *Please note that due to summer holidays, our response times may be a little longer than usual. We'll be reviewing applications from late July/early August. Thank you for your patience! Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. What you'll be doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most important government legal departments and public institutions in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you'll be up to: Acting as a thought partner to government legal advisers, institutional counsel, and public sector legal teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across departments and jurisdictions. Working together with Go To Market and Engagement in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key government departments, to onboarding new team members across legal, policy, and regulatory functions, and ultimately guiding organisation-wide adoption across government bodies and public institutions. Be the voice of government and institutional users inside Legora - sharing insights from policy teams, regulatory bodies, parliamentary counsel offices, and public sector legal departments that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a government legal department, rolling out to a regulatory agency, or training institutional legal teams. Documenting best practices from leading public sector organisations, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. Confidently helping government and institutional teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how public sector legal work operates - from evaluating the ROI and efficiency gains of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different functions, from legislative drafting to regulatory compliance and policy development. Understanding and navigating the unique requirements of public sector organisations, including security clearances, data sovereignty, transparency obligations, and procurement processes. What you bring You come from the world of government or institutional law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have worked as a government lawyer, parliamentary counsel, or legal adviser in a public institution, managing complex policy matters and legislative work. Perhaps you've worked in private practice serving government clients, understanding their unique needs and constraints. Maybe you've been involved in legal operations, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives within the public sector. Either way, you know how government and institutional legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in law, with experience working in government, public institutions, or serving public sector clients - ideally with exposure to multiple departments, policy areas, or jurisdictions. Understand the public sector context: accountability to citizens, budget constraints, transparency requirements, complex stakeholder management, and the balance between innovation and risk aversion in government settings. Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from government legal advisers to policy makers, and from civil servants to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining legislative drafting, enhancing regulatory analysis, improving policy development, or managing freedom of information requests. Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Navigate security and confidentiality requirements with confidence, understanding the sensitivities of working with government and institutional clients. Appreciate the mission-driven nature of public sector work and the importance of delivering value for taxpayers and citizens. A few more things We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality.

Southern Swedish Forest Research Centre Third-cycle subject area: Forest management Description of the doctoral project: Swedish society is debating the long-term capacity of even-aged conifer-dominated forestry to reliably produce biomass over the coming century, and simultaneously sustain the breadth of ecosystem services that society increasingly demands from forestlands. Alternative approaches to production forests, such as restoration of broadleaved forests are thus of growing interest. The increased use of such alternatives may enhance the overall resilience of Swedish forests to projected climate change, better balance the provision of forest ecosystem services, provide vital habitat for forest biodiversity, and thereby help ensure forest ecosystem services delivery over the coming century. The EU Nature restoration Regulation and Sweden's national environmental goals, provide official recognition of the urgent need to restore and improve the ecological condition of forest ecosystems across Europe. Our goal with this project is to identify cost-effective paths forward for the regeneration and restoration of new mixed broadleaved dominated forests. About the position: We intend to contrast passive versus active pathways for restoring such diverse forests. To address such issues, we will use existing experiments, chronosequences, and survey-data for evaluating the effects from restoration on ecosystem services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of international researchers. We are looking for a person who, as part of a PhD, will address these challenges, but we welcome those who bring specific research interests which can shape the ultimate direction of the PhD. Requirements: To meet the general entry requirements you must have been awarded a second-cycle (Master's) qualification, satisfied the requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits of which at least 60 credits were awarded in the second-cycle, or acquired substantially equivalent knowledge in some other way in Sweden or abroad (Higher Education Ordinance 1993:100, Chapter 7, Section 39). You must also meet the equivalent English language requirements as those necessary for the Swedish upper-secondary qualification Engelska B/6. Your profile: The applicant should by the date of admission to PhD studies have a Master's degree in forest science, biology, ecology or equivalent. You should have a strong interest in forest ecosystems and an interest in working with large data sets. A driver's license is a necessity for work duties. Beneficial qualifications are research experience in forestry, ecology, and similar subjects. Experience in field-based forest research, transdisciplinary studies and ecosystem service assessments are also beneficial qualifications. Focus is given to your analytical and problem-solving abilities and your ability to work independently. Beneficial qualifications include the demonstrated capacity to express yourself in English, both orally and in writing. About us: SLU is one of the world's highest ranked universities in several subject areas and is ranked #1 in forestry (CWUR). TL;DR: We're hiring a Global Mobility & Immigration Lead to own immigration, relocation, and expat support as Lovable scales across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond. You'll set policy, run cases end-to-end, manage vendors, and personally support employees and their families through complex cross-border moves — while building the AI-native systems and self-service guidance that make global mobility easy to navigate as we grow. This is an in-office role based in either Stockholm or London. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. The Role This role sits at the intersection of policy design, operational execution, and human support. You’ll be the single accountable owner for immigration, relocation, and expatriate matters globally. You’ll set frameworks, manage vendors, and personally support employees (and their families) through complex and often stressful cross-border transitions. This isn’t a paperwork-processing role. It requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the emotional intelligence to support employees - while using AI to build scalable, well-instrumented systems as our hiring and relocation volume grows. This is an operator role with the ability to execute pragmatically and strategically. What You’ll Own * Global Mobility & Relocation — Design, implement, and iterate relocation and mobility policy and execution for international hires and internal transfers (housing, registrations, personal number pathways, social security, tax onboarding, benefits coordination). * Employee & Family Support — Be the trusted point of contact for relocating employees and their families. Deliver calm, clear guidance through high-stakes moments, balancing policy consistency with individual context. * Vendor & Stakeholder Management — Own relationships with immigration counsel and relocation vendors. Partner deeply with People Ops, Legal, Finance, Talent, and leadership on workforce planning, location strategy, and risk mitigation. * Build AI-Native Global Mobility Function — Redesign how mobility is delivered using AI: * Build employee-facing “next step” guidance that is personalized, multilingual, and always up to date. * Create internal copilots and checklists for case management, document quality, and exception handling. * Instrument the journey with metrics (time-to-permit, time-to-settle, employee satisfaction) and use insights to continuously improve. * Maintain strict privacy and compliance boundaries—AI should increase trust, not reduce it. What We’re Looking For * In-house global mobility/immigration experience required (vendor-side experience is a plus) * Built or scaled a mobility function in-house at a high-growth tech company * Personally managed immigration/relocation cases end-to-end — visa filings, case exceptions, escalations — not just oversight of a team or vendor doing the work * Has both designed mobility policy/frameworks AND executed individual cases (not a policy-only or ops-only background) * Managed external vendors — relocation companies, immigration law firms — including setting SLAs and evaluating performance * Demonstrated use of AI/automation to improve operations or employee experience. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
