Nu söker vi en utbildad boendestödjare till vårt stödboende Ängelholm. Hos oss hittar du ett både givande och kul arbete. Vi hoppas och tror att du har erfarenhet av personer i utsatthet och kanske har du arbetat som boendestödjare tidigare. Målgruppen vi arbetar med är vuxna individer som av olika anledningar hamnat i hemlöshet. Vårt uppdrag är att finnas som stöd i vardagen på deras resa framåt mot förändring. Vi bedriver ingen behandling men har ofta stödjande samtal med de som bor hos oss. På vårt stödboende Karlslund i Ängelholm kräver vi nykterhet av våra klienter. För arbetet krävs att du har en adekvat och relevant eftergymnasial utbildning dvs minst ett och ett halvt (1,5) års godkända heltidsstudier eller motsvarande med inriktning mot socialt arbete, socialpedagogik eller beteendevetenskap eller annan utbildning med relevant inriktning utifrån målgruppen. -Exempel: 90 högskolepoäng (hp) vilket motsvarar 60 gamla poäng (p) från högskola/universitet. -Exempel: 60 kvalificerad yrkeshögskolepoäng (KY). - -Exempel: 300 yrkeshögskolepoäng (YH). Om jobbet Vi söker timvikarier till Katrinebergsbackens behandlingshem och stödboende. Vi har framför allt behov av att täcka upp kväll där sovande jour ingår och även behov vissa helger och vardagar. Målgruppen vi arbetar mot är män och kvinnor från 21år och uppåt med skadligt bruk och beroende och ibland i kombination med psykisk ohälsa. OM OSS Fokus i vårt arbete ligger framför allt på sociala stödinsatserna som rekommenderas av Socialstyrelsen, där sysselsättning och stabilt boende oftast är centrala faktorer för att nå framgång i behandling och att upprätthålla drogfrihet/nykterhet. Vi jobbar även med att bygga upp nätverk och nya positiva sammanhang för individen att vara i som till exempel praktik, sysselsättning och fritidsintressen som kan finnas kvar efter att individen flyttar vidare från oss. Utifrån Case Management-metodiken hjälper vi även till att samordna med andra instanser som tex psykiatri, arbetsförmedling eller hälso- och sjukvård för att få ett helhetsgrepp kring individen. I vår verksamhet arbetar vi även med fler metoder för att uppnå helhet. Vi anser att grunden till all utveckling är att skapa tillitsfulla relationer och att dessa relationer får möjlighet att vara över tid. ARBETSUPGIFTER Som behandlingsassistent hos oss handlar det ofta om att hjälpa till att upprätthålla en fungerande dygnsrytm med sömn och sysselsättning på dagtid, träning och andra aktiviteter. Arbetet innebär att erbjuda de boende fasta strukturer och rutiner, förutsägbarhet och relation till trovärdiga vuxna. Det betyder att du stöttar klienterna i att genomföra vardagliga rutiner och att fånga upp deras mående och utmaningar de hamnar i. Vårt boende har 8 platser och det finns tid och utrymme att ge ett omfattande stöd samt arbeta processinriktat. KVALIFIKATIONER För att trivas i tjänsten som vikarie hos oss behöver du vara en person som ser möjligheter och tror på människors förmåga till förändring. Du har förmågan att samarbeta, skapa allians, bygga relationer och arbeta målinriktat samtidigt som du håller dig till de strukturer som finns. Du delar med dig av dina kunskaper och erfarenheter till dina kollegor och ser det som självklart att bidra till ett positivt arbetsklimat. Vi ser gärna att du har utbildning som exempelvis behandlingsassistent/behandlingspedagog, socialpedagog, socionom eller beteendevetare, alternativt att du studerar inom ett människobehandlande yrke. Vi kommer lägga stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Vi arbetar med att motverka hemlöshet inom Helsingborg stad. Våra medarbetare arbetar på schema vardagar, helger och kvällar. Ensamarbete kan förekomma. Vi arbetar i klientens hem där rökning och djur kan förekomma. Arbetsuppgifter Stödboende Vi arbetar motiverande och stödjande tillsammans med den enskilde i dennes strävan att klara ett självständigt liv och för att nå detta arbetar vi med bland annat ESL. Alla klienter ska ha en genomförandeplan med mål och rimliga delmål som utarbetas tillsammans med klient utifrån den enskildes egna förutsättningar samt utifrån det uppdrag som socialsekreterare formulerat. Vi har olika typer av stödboende,Bostad först, Stöd och boendeteamet, Stödboende familj, Sköldenborg, Malmögatan, Plutogatan 11, Carnot, Elineberg och Fenix. Bostad med särskild service Arbetsuppgifterna som utförs innefattar dels socialt stöd, aktivering och motivationsarbete, dels basala insatser, som stöd vid städ, tvätt, personlig hygien, kost och måltidsplanering. HSL-insatser i samverkan med och på delegering av sjuksköterska förekommer. Verksamheten arbetar med individuell planering, erbjuda social kontakt med den enskilda samt att möjliggöra kultur- och fritidsaktiviteter. Här förekommer också omvårdnadsinsatser. Vi har två boende BSS Maria sol och Plutogatan 9. Utredningsboende Arbetsuppgifterna som utförs innefattar dels socialt stöd, aktivering och motivationsarbete, dels basala insatser, som stöd vid städ, tvätt, personlig hygien, kost och måltidsplanering. HSL-insatser i samverkan med och på delegering av sjuksköterska förekommer. Vårt utredningsboende är Hebsackersgatan. Kvalifikationer för stödboende Utbildning som social- eller behandlingspedagog, behandlingsassistent , socionom eller motsvarande minst två års eftergymnasial utbildning, eller är under pågående utbildning kunskaper om missbruk och beroende och/eller kunskap om socialpsykiatri erfarenhet av arbete med missbruksproblematik och/eller socialpsykiatri i någon form via arbete eller praktik. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Kvalifikationer för bostad med särskild service Utbildning som stödassistent, skötare, undersköterska eller likvärdig samt om du är under pågående utbildning. du måste utföra delegerade HSL-uppgifter i ditt arbete. Du kommer att utbildas internt och utföra ett kunskapstest i samband med att du påbörjar din anställning erfarenhet av psykiatrisk vård och socialpsykiatri med intrikning mot vuxna erfarenhet av missbruksvård För samtliga tjänster krävs att du har B-körkort och vill köra bil. The team is responsible for optimizing process performance, supporting safe and stable operations, and driving continuous improvements across our hydrogen production and direct reduction plants. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following, but as we are a growing company with very few silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. * Provide day-to-day process engineering support to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations. * Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot process upsets, and lead root cause analyses to improve reliability and operational excellence. * Optimize process performance through process modelling, heat and mass balances, debottlenecking, and energy efficiency initiatives. * Support hydrogen production and direct reduction operations during commissioning, start-ups, shutdowns, and operational changes. * Review and develop engineering documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, SOPs, and process control strategies. * Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Automation, and OEM partners to improve process performance and implement engineering solutions. * Drive continuous improvement projects, monitor production KPIs, and prepare technical reports to support data-driven decision-making. * Promote safe operations by supporting process safety activities, hydrogen safety standards, PTW/LOTO compliance, and technical training.
