Du är en del av vårt rekryteringsteam på Allakandos kontor i Lund och bidrar direkt till att vi kan hjälpa ännu fler familjer. Tillsammans ansvarar ni för att rekrytera, utbilda och matcha riktigt duktiga privatlärare till Allakandos elever: * Du håller intervjuer på kontoret och fattar egna anställningsbeslut, en nyckelroll i hela rekryteringen * Du utbildar och matchar nya lärare utifrån varje elevs unika behov * Du lär dig allt som hör till rollen: intervjuteknik, kravprofil och scoring * Du lär dig det som verkligen räknas: att förstå och bemöta olika människor och bygga relationer * Till skillnad från andra praktiktjänster inom rekrytering kommer du inte att arbeta som rekryteringsassistent. Här arbetar du självständigt med att hålla i intervjuer, fatta anställningsbeslut och matchning av uppdrag. Du kommer inte behöva ringa ett enda referenssamtal. 😉 Möjligheterna till förlängning efter din praktik är även goda. Både i form av extrajobb vid sidan av studier och på heltid efter examen. Med de erfarenheter du får kommer du att ha stor potential för att fortsätta växa med oss. Examples include: * Build systems that create real business impact.
