OM JOBBET Boozt Fulfilment Center (BFC) ligger i Norra Varalöv, strax utanför Ängelholm och 15 minuter med bil från centrala Helsingborg. Nu söker vi en erfaren projektledare som driver förändringar i lager och logistik, med fokus på automation. Du rapporterar till Head of Project & Business. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Du leder projekt från plan till drift. Det kan gälla utbyggnad av automation, nya arbetssätt i lagret, ändringar i system som Fastlane, vårt interna logistik- och distributionssystem, eller flytt av flöden. Du samordnar Operations, våra interna utvecklare i vårt Platform team, leverantörer och andra interna och externa parter. Ett projekt är klart när det fungerar i lagret. Rollen har många kontaktytor och lagret går hela tiden. Förändringar måste planeras så att orderflödet fortsätter, och ibland behöver du ändra tidsplanen eller säga nej. Det kräver att du är trygg i att fatta beslut och att verksamheten litar på dig. Du kommer bland annat att: * Planera och driva projekt inom lager, logistik och automation * Samordna Operations, tech, leverantörer och externa parter * Hålla koll på tidsplan, budget, kvalitet och leveranser * Identifiera och hantera risker, avvikelser och beroenden * Ta fram beslutsunderlag och rapportera status till ledningen * Se till att nya lösningar fungerar för dem som arbetar i lagret, och lämna över till linjeorganisationen när projektet är i drift PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER Du har flera års erfarenhet av projektledning och förstår hur förändringar påverkar den dagliga driften. Du har lätt för att skapa struktur och prioritera, och du går ner i detaljer när det behövs. Du behöver ingen teknisk specialistroll bakom dig, men du ska förstå tekniska lösningar och kunna vara länken mellan teknik och verksamhet. Du kommunicerar tydligt med både operativa, tekniska och beslutsfattande roller. KRAV Vi ser gärna att du har: * En bakgrund inom lager, logistik, supply chain eller närliggande verksamhet * Erfarenhet av att leda automationsprojekt, gärna i en lagermiljö * Erfarenhet av att samordna flera funktioner och leverantörer * Vana vid tidsplan, budget, risker och uppföljning * Flytande i tal och skrift i svenska och engelska, engelska är vårt koncernspråk Erfarenhet av AutoStore är starkt meriterande. Du har erfarenhet av andra automationslösningar, WMS, etableringar, flyttar eller större verksamhetsförändringar. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be part of our CRM team, working hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and manage automated communications across email, app push and SMS. You will work closely with customer data to set up segmentation and personalisation, design targeted communications and continuously improve how we reach our customers. Your main responsibilities will include: * Build and manage automated communications and recurring campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). * Set up audience segmentation and personalisation using customer data, including SQL and AMPscript where relevant. * Design and build personalised communications across email, app push and SMS. * Analyse campaign performance, run A/B tests and use insights to improve results. * Work closely with the CRM and market teams to ensure relevant communication across markets. * Explore how AI and automation can improve the way we build, personalise and optimise customer communications. YOUR PROFILE You have hands-on experience with marketing automation and enjoy combining technical execution with analytical thinking and a curiosity for what is possible. You take ownership of your work, look for ways to improve and are comfortable exploring new approaches. We imagine that you bring: * Around 3 years of experience with marketing automation, preferably within CRM. * Experience with a platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe, Agillic, Voyado, Bloomreach or Klaviyo. * A solid understanding of segmentation, personalisation, automated journeys and campaign testing. * Experience working with campaign KPIs and using data to improve performance. * An interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini and how they can support your daily work. * Strong written communication skills and fluency in English. Experience with SQL and AMPscript, as well as working across multiple markets, is a plus.
