TURN AI IDEAS INTO REAL BUSINESS VALUE. At Foxway, we're transforming the way organizations buy, use and reuse technology. As a leading provider of Circular IT solutions, we help businesses extend the lifecycle of technology while reducing both cost and environmental impact. Now we're taking the next step in how we use AI across our business. We're looking for an AI Business Partner for one of our business areas Circular Workspace Solutions (CWS) — a new role dedicated to finding, building and driving AI use cases from idea into daily business use. This isn't a role for someone who simply advises the business on AI. You'll work hands-on with our teams, turn opportunities into working solutions and help us make sure AI creates measurable value whether through productivity, cost, margin or new ways of working. You'll report to the President of CWS and work closely with our Group-wide AI organization and central AI Engineers. WHERE AI MEETS THE BUSINESS Across CWS, we already have ideas for where AI could make a difference, and many more are still waiting to be discovered. Your job is to connect the dots. You'll work across the business to identify and evaluate opportunities, understand the processes and data behind them, build and test solutions, and help teams put them into everyday use. Just as importantly, you'll help us understand the business case behind AI: what value should this create, how do we measure it, and how do we make that improvement stick? TURN IDEAS INTO IMPACT * Find and frame AI use cases together with teams across CWS, assessing value, feasibility and risk. * Build and ship working AI solutions using the tools that best fit the problem. * Take use cases from idea and prototype into daily business use and measurable value. * Build clear value cases, connecting AI initiatives to productivity, cost, margin or other business outcomes. * Drive adoption and process change, not just implementation of the technology. * Maintain an overview of AI ideas and active use cases and help keep delivery moving. * Work closely with our central AI Engineers when deeper data, integrations, or production engineering are required. * Share successful approaches across Foxway and help identify opportunities where AI could fundamentally reshape how we work. * Work within Foxway's AI governance, privacy and security framework and coordinate with CWS IT and Product & Service Management. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE BUILD This is an experienced-level role. We’re looking for someone who has already delivered AI solutions in a business environment and can bring that experience into CWS from day one. You might come from AI or technology consulting, AI transformation, technical project/product management, automation, or a similar hands-on role. More important than your current title is what you've actually done. You don't need to be an AI Engineer as we have dedicated Engineers for the deep build and technical plumbing. But you should be technical enough to turn an opportunity into something real, rather than stopping at the recommendation. * Substantial hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in a professional environment, with the technical confidence to build and configure solutions yourself, not only advise on or use AI tools. * A strong track record of taking AI or automation use cases from idea through build, implementation and adoption, with clear evidence of business value or measurable improvement. * The ability to understand a business process, identify where AI can genuinely add value and translate that into something practical. * Enough technical depth to build and configure solutions yourself, while knowing when deeper engineering is needed. * A working understanding of data, APIs and integrations. * Strong business judgement and the ability to connect solutions to measurable business outcomes. * Confidence working with both operational teams and senior stakeholders and driving change across an organization. READY TO BUILD WHAT AI CAN BECOME AT CWS? This is a new role with the opportunity to help shape how AI is applied across an entire Business Area from the first use cases we deliver today to larger transformations in how we operate tomorrow. If you like being close to the business, building things, and seeing them actually get used, we'd love to hear from you. We review applications on an ongoing basis, so apply as soon as possible. To protect candidate data and ensure a fair recruitment process, we do not accept applications via email. Please apply through our official career site. FOR THE SELECTED FINAL CANDIDATE Foxway will conduct a background check as part of our recruitment process, in accordance with applicable local legislation and our internal screening policy. The scope of the check depends on the position and the country in which it is based. You will be informed of the details, and your approval will be requested before any check is initiated. HOW DOES FOXWAY OPERATE? Foxway is a fast-growing and dynamic organization with an international team of nearly 1,300 people. We operate across multiple countries, with key hubs across Europe. Within Foxway, Circular Workspace Solutions (CWS) focuses on delivering sustainable workplace solutions through Device-as-a-Service, lifecycle services, and IT Asset Disposition offerings for enterprise and public sector customers. Our mission is to make sustainable technology accessible to everyone by extending the life of IT equipment and enabling circular business models.
