I den här ledarrollen ansvarar du för att våra kommersiella verksamhetsbehov stöds av skalbara, moderna och affärsnära lösningar. I nära samarbete med verksamhetsledare i våra olika divisioner omsätter du affärsbehov till konkreta digitala lösningar och driver kontinuerlig utveckling av våra plattformar och processer inom commerce. Du rapporterar direkt till CIO för Hultafors Group. Om rollen Som Director IT Commerce Solutions leder du en organisation med ansvar för verksamhetsnära applikationer och digitala förmågor som stödjer försäljning, e-handel, kundupplevelse och den kommersiella verksamheten. Organisationen är uppdelad i fyra områden: • B2B-plattform • Plattform för varumärkessajter • B2C-, PIM- och DAM-plattformar • Arkitektur och 2nd line-support Du blir en nära och förtroendeingivande partner till verksamhetens ledning och bidrar till att sätta prioriteringar, färdplaner och investeringar. Samtidigt säkerställer du att initiativen genomförs framgångsrikt och skapar avsett affärsvärde. Rollen kombinerar taktisk planering med ett närvarande ledarskap och nära samarbete med olika intressenter inom hela Hultafors Group. Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden • Ta fram och driva roadmap för Commerce Solutions i linje med verksamhetens prioriteringar och tillväxtambitioner. • Vara den huvudsakliga IT-partnern för utvalda divisioner och funktioner i verksamheten. • Bygga starka relationer med verksamhetens intressenter och omsätta affärsbehov till konkreta initiativ. • Leda och utveckla ett team bestående av exempelvis Product & Service Owners, Business Analysts, utvecklare och externa partners. • Ansvara för applikationsportföljen inom commerce och säkerställa prestanda, kvalitet, säkerhet och kostnadseffektivitet. • Säkerställa att nya förmågor och lösningar tas i bruk på ett framgångsrikt sätt och skapar förväntat värde. • Identifiera möjligheter där ny teknik, inklusive AI och automation, kan skapa affärsvärde Om dig Du är en affärsorienterad ledare som trivs i gränslandet mellan teknik och kommersiell verksamhet. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende hos olika intressenter och kan kombinera ett långsiktigt, strategiskt perspektiv med förmågan att få saker att hända i praktiken. Du förstår hur teknik kan bidra till tillväxt, effektivitet och en bättre kundupplevelse och känner dig lika hemma i verksamheten som inom IT. Som person är du samarbetsorienterad och nyfiken, med ett starkt driv att utveckla och förbättra. Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet • Flera års erfarenhet av ledarskap inom verksamhetsapplikationer, kommersiella system, digital handel eller IT-ledning. • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta nära verksamhetsledningen och agera som en förtroendeingivande rådgivare och partner. • God förståelse för kommersiella processer inom exempelvis försäljning, kundhantering, prissättning, marknadsföring eller e-handel. • Erfarenhet av att ansvara för applikationsportföljer, färdplaner, budget och leverantörsrelationer. • Förmåga att balansera taktiska prioriteringar med det operativa genomförandet. • Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och vana att hantera och skapa samsyn mellan olika intressenter. • Relevant akademisk examen eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. You will work closely with business stakeholders and system users to ensure our CRM capabilities continue to evolve and deliver value across the organization. You will be involved in both operational support and strategic development initiatives, helping improve processes, integrations, reporting, and user adoption. What you will do You will: • Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM solutions and related business applications. • Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex incidents and issues. • Support integrations between CRM, ERP, Data & Analytics platforms, and other business-critical applications. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. • Participate in projects, testing activities, upgrades, and new CRM initiatives. • Support process improvements related to customer journeys, sales processes, customer service, and marketing activities. • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and support procedures. • Work closely with vendors and implementation partners. • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CRM capabilities across the Group. • Help ensure data quality and alignment with Master Data and Data Governance principles. Who you are You combine business understanding with technical curiosity and enjoy working at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. You are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and countries. You likely have: • A degree within IT, Business Systems, Information Systems, Sales Operations, Marketing Technology, or equivalent experience. • Experience working with CRM platforms in a support, specialist, consulting, or application management role. • Understanding of sales, marketing, customer service, and customer data processes. • Experience with application configuration, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Good communication skills in English. We are looking for a pragmatic and business-oriented Enterprise Architect to join Hultafors Group and play a key role in defining and driving our enterprise architecture across the Group. As Enterprise Architect, you will work at the intersection of business and IT, creating structure, direction and architectural principles that enable Hultafors Group to continue its digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization and help ensure that our technology landscape supports both current business needs and our long-term strategic ambitions. You will be part of an international organization with strong ambitions and an ongoing journey towards a more modern, integrated and scalable digital landscape. The Opportunity In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Hultafors Group's enterprise architecture and ensuring alignment between business strategy, processes, information and technology. You will take a holistic view of our IT landscape and help define target architectures, principles and roadmaps that guide future investments and transformation initiatives. Hultafors Group operates in a complex and decentralized environment with multiple business units, brands and technology platforms. You will therefore play an important role in simplifying and harmonizing the landscape while respecting the different needs of our businesses. You will work closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, solution architects, application specialists and external partners to translate strategic objectives into practical architectural direction. Main Responsibilities • Develop and maintain the overall enterprise architecture, principles and governance for Hultafors Group. • Define target architectures and roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy. • Create transparency across the application and technology landscape and drive modernization, consolidation and simplification Own and continuously improve the enterprise security risk framework and security maturity assessments. • Guide architectural decisions across major transformation initiatives and technology investments. • Ensure alignment across business capabilities, applications, data, integrations and infrastructure. • Provide architectural direction for core business platforms such as ERP, CRM, PIM and PLM. • Drive architectural principles for integrations, APIs, cloud and modern technology platforms. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to translate business needs into sustainable and scalable solutions. About You We believe you are an experienced Enterprise Architect or Senior Solution Architect with a broad understanding of both business and technology. You are comfortable working in complex environments with multiple systems, business units and stakeholders, and you have the ability to move between strategic discussions and practical architectural decisions. You understand that enterprise architecture is not only about technology. You are curious about the business, able to understand processes and capabilities, and skilled at translating business needs into technology direction. You are pragmatic and collaborative in your approach. Rather than creating architecture in isolation, you enjoy working closely with both business and IT to create solutions and principles that can actually be implemented. We also believe you have experience within several of the following areas: • Enterprise architecture and architecture governance • Application and integration architecture • ERP and other enterprise business systems • Cloud platforms and modern infrastructure • APIs, integrations and event-driven architecture • Security architecture and security-by-design principles • Data and information architecture • Digital transformation and legacy modernization. • Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar • Agile ways of working and frameworks such as SAFe • Working in international or decentralized organizations Experience from manufacturing, wholesale, retail or other organizations with complex supply chains and business system landscapes is considered an advantage.
