Customer Success-teamet på Educateit och ILT Education söker ytterligare en kollega – är det du? Vi letar efter en innovativ, kommunikativ, samarbetsinriktad och driven person. I rollen som Customer Success Manager kommer du att ha en viktig funktion i att utveckla verksamheten kring språktest inom förskola, vård- och omsorg samt vuxenutbildning. Inom vuxenutbildningen förekommer även kunskapsprov. Du ansvarar för onboarding av flera kommuner i högt tempo. I ditt ansvarsområde ingår hela kundresan och nära kontakt med våra kunder. I rollen ingår att analysera användardata samt att föreslå insatser för att öka användningen av våra tjänster. Som CSM säkerställer du att kundernas höga förväntningar uppfylls. Som en del av vårt team får du möjlighet att bidra till mer tillförlitliga och träffsäkra språkliga bedömningar inom vård och omsorg, utbildning och förskola i en organisation som värdesätter innovation, samarbete och nya sätt att tänka. We’re hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager who combines the craft of a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for developing people. You’ll build alongside your team, drive technical progress, and help the engineers you support grow in their roles, while continuing to grow yourself. THE ENGINEERING SIDE You'll be a contributor who pushes the work forward, keeps the focus on the plan, and lifts the team higher. We run many products on a shared platform, built on Node.js (TypeScript) with serverless-first principles on AWS. Much of what the products need is the same, and Seniors build that once, as shared capabilities that feel intended rather than patches on top of patches. THE PEOPLE SIDE This is a new role for us. Until now, every engineer has reported to the CTO, and we outgrew it some time ago. We believe in a model with select Senior engineers who each support five to six colleagues in other teams, on top of their own engineering work. Managers who still build, pull the organisation closer together, and get a bigger impact through the people they support. The hat is about people. You're there for your engineers' growth, and to push our organisation higher. The salary process, hiring, and everyday people management come with it. Roadmaps, approvals and technical direction stay in the teams, as they do today. OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU * Drive your team's initiatives from plan to production, and make the people around you better while you do it. * Spot when a capability should be shared across products, build it into the platform, and know when a one-off is the better call. * Raise the bar for how we build with AI, in your team and among the engineers you support. Show what it makes possible, and bring others with you. * Support five to six engineers in other teams: goals, growth, mentorship and feedback. Make sure each of them knows where they stand and where they're heading, and push when it's needed. * Shape and fine-tune our engineering organisation together with the other Engineering Managers and the CTO. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM You're an exceptional software engineer, and you're driven by helping other engineers grow. * You want to manage people and to keep building, and you don't see either as a step away from the other. * You've designed, built, and run systems that other teams depend on, and you can explain the trade-offs you made and what you learned from running them. * You've helped engineers grow, as a mentor, lead, or manager, and can tell us who and how. You give honest feedback, including the uncomfortable kind, and take it as openly as you give it. * You build at the front edge of what AI makes possible. Your way of working has changed because of it; you can show where it made you better, where it still falls short, and help others do the same. More customers, less manual work. That's the goal for Customer Management. We expect AI and automation to cut the work of managing customers, users, and access even as we grow. We're looking for a full-time Staff Software Engineer to own this domain. It's a two-hat role, and a great opportunity if you want wider impact while still building as an engineer. The mandate for the domain is yours, and so is the accountability for where it goes and what it delivers. You'll also be an engineer on the team, building it together with your teammates. How you split your week will shift with the work, and we'll tweak it together. THE DOMAIN YOU'LL OWN Customer Management covers the control panels where colleagues and customer administrators manage users, automatic rostering and provision, authentication, and how customer support resolves access and account issues. A dedicated engineering team builds it, and demand comes from many directions. The requests are input, not the job. We need someone who digs into the challenges and opportunities behind them, finds the ones nobody has raised, and sometimes fixes things without writing more software. The result should be less company time spent on administration, fewer routine issues needing support, and reliable machinery as customer numbers grow. With AI and automation doing the work where possible. OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU * Make our users more productive, colleagues and customer administrators alike. AI is central to that. * Own the roadmap and lead its delivery with the team. Understand what colleagues across the company need, decide what takes priority, and explain the trade-offs. Set the goals and measures, and change course when the results say so. * Build hands-on on our serverless platform, built on Node.js (TypeScript) running on AWS. Together with the team, you run what you build, including reliability and security. * Lead the engineers and others building the domain, and make it theirs as much as yours. That's how people grow here. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM You're an excellent software engineer who can take responsibility for a domain, make decisions, and get people working together to make them happen. * Experience with, and a strong pull towards, the product side: talking to stakeholders and users, reframing problems, and saying no when needed. * You’ve designed, built, and run systems other teams depend on, and can explain the trade-offs you made. * You build at the front edge of what AI makes possible, can show where it made you better and where challenges remain, and bring others with you. * You've led work without being the boss, including initiatives across teams, people you didn't manage, and made decisions you were accountable for. * A plus: you know identity, access, and authentication concepts. Vem är du? * Vi söker dig som har en bred B2B-grund, men som har en extra passion för ett specialistområde, t.ex. Content & Copywriting eller Marketing Automation. Du trivs i ett arbetssätt där vi nyttjar varandras specialistkompetenser tvärs över marknaderna för att effektivisera och slippa "uppfinna hjulet på nytt". * Du har 3–5 års erfarenhet av en bred B2B-roll och är van vid att ta ansvar för dina projekt. * Du uttrycker dig obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift och har en riktigt bra känsla för ton och copy. * Du har god vana av den tekniska delen av marknadsrollen (meriterande med HubSpot) och är nyfiken på hur verktyg som AI kan effektivisera och utveckla ditt dagliga arbete. * Du trivs när du får driva ditt eget arbete framåt, samtidigt som du uppskattar ett nära samarbete med kollegor tvärs över gränserna.
