Full-time · Aarhus · Starting autumn 2026 Are you a data-driven, AI-savvy, strategic, and hands-on growth expert ready to scale one of the fastest-growing companies in the Nordics? Do you have deep, practical experience developing world-class acquisition strategies across paid search and paid social to drive conversion or generate leads? Landfolk is looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Performance Marketing to join our team in Aarhus. ABOUT LANDFOLK Landfolk is a Danish platform dedicated to renting out handpicked vacation homes across Europe. We are growing fast and are passionate about making unforgettable holiday moments accessible while empowering our Landfolk hosts. We believe in authenticity, quality, and community. THE ROLE: HEAD OF PERFORMANCE MARKETING As Head of Performance Marketing you will be the driving force behind our user acquisition, balancing growth and ROI. This is a pivotal role that requires both high-level strategic planning, a strong investment mindset, and a great operational presence in both search and social. You will define our performance marketing strategy, manage our large budget across Europe together with our agency, lead our paid efforts through optimized feeds, and ultimately maximize our return on ad spend (pROAS) while driving sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic leadership: Develop the overarching strategy, KPIs, and manage the budget for all Landfolk performance marketing channels, focusing on paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), programmatic, and others. * Paid search and social excellence: Manage sophisticated, high-performing campaigns to acquire new guests and hosts. You will continuously optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives. * Operational execution: Be willing to roll up your sleeves and build campaigns, conduct keyword research, A/B test ad copy, and ensure high-quality, high-converting output across all paid touchpoints. * Performance and optimization: Utilize data and insights to continuously measure the effectiveness of performance marketing efforts, optimize campaign performance, build attribution models, and report key metrics to leadership. * Growth across a two-sided marketplace: Balance optimization of spend and performance in established markets with entering and scaling new markets. Because Landfolk is a two-sided marketplace, you will help shape acquisition strategies for both guests and hosts. * Product, data and engineering collaboration: Work closely with our strong in-house product, data, and engineering teams to develop and improve tracking, measurement infrastructure, landing pages, and conversion journeys—so site-side execution becomes a growth lever, not a bottleneck. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a candidate who is ready to make a significant impact on our journey. * Proven expertise: Solid, demonstrable experience developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive measurable business results. * Hands-on operator: You are not afraid of day-to-day execution on the platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). You are organized, analytical, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. * Analytical mastermind: You love data and have extensive experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Meridian, MMM, investment analytics) and understand how to navigate complex attribution models. * MarTech and AI-savvy: Deep understanding and practical experience with marketing technology, including AI tools. WHAT WE OFFER * A key leadership role in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company with a unique product * The opportunity to build and shape a beloved Scandinavian brand * A unique learning environment at the technical forefront of AI tools and development * A stimulating and flexible work environment in our vibrant office in Aarhus, Denmark * The chance to work with a dedicated, friendly, and passionate team Ready to lead our growth efforts and scale Landfolk's performance marketing? Send us your application and CV as soon as you are ready. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis. We look forward to hearing your vision for Landfolk's performance marketing.
Full-time · Aarhus · Starting autumn 2026 Do you want to help shape Landfolk’s go-to-market approach and set the standard for how we work with new hosts? Landfolk is growing, and we want to become even stronger at the top of our sales funnel. That is why we are looking for a Team Lead for Sales Development to lead the team that is the first point of contact for our leads — and raise the bar for how we approach lead management, outreach and qualification. You come from a strong SDR or BDR environment and know what a high-performing sales organisation looks like in practice. You understand the value of high activity levels, strong coaching, fast follow-up and a structured approach to sales. At Landfolk, you will be responsible for the team’s performance while helping shape how we make the first contact with prospective hosts. ABOUT THE ROLE The team is the first to respond when prospective hosts show an interest in Landfolk. Its role is to contact, qualify and engage the right leads, creating a strong foundation for the conversations that follow with our Supply Managers. As Team Lead, you will: * Lead, coach and develop our sales team across markets * Set clear standards for activity, quality and performance * Ensure fast speed to lead and consistent follow-up * Develop our outreach across phone, email and other relevant channels * Improve scripts, objection handling, qualification and conversion * Use data to continuously improve the team’s performance and our funnel * Coach through call reviews, sparring and actionable feedback * Advance our use of CRM, automation and AI in sales * Help define how Sales Development should evolve at Landfolk WHO ARE YOU? You have experience from a professional SDR, BDR or Inside Sales setup and have ideally already taken on leadership or coaching responsibilities. We think you will thrive in this role if you: * Have solid experience with outbound sales and lead qualification * Have worked as a Team Lead or Senior SDR/BDR, or have been responsible for coaching * Are used to working with funnels, conversion rates and performance metrics * Understand the importance of speed to lead, consistent follow-up and strong outreach sequences * Are confident on the phone and can give others specific, practical sales coaching * Thrive on high ambitions, clear goals and a fast pace * Are curious about using technology, automation and AI to improve sales * Are not afraid to pick up leads yourself and lead by example BUILD THE NEXT VERSION WITH US We already have a strong team, plenty of leads and a growing business. But we believe we can bring even greater commercial discipline to the top of our funnel. You will not simply take over a finished SDR playbook. You will play a central role in developing it: How should we prioritise leads? How quickly should we respond? What is the best way to follow up? Which messages and channels perform best? And how can we use technology to make the team even better? WHY LANDFOLK? At Landfolk, you will get: * Significant responsibility for shaping and professionalising our Sales Development function * Real influence over processes, tools and the organisation * An ambitious environment with high standards and talented colleagues * A tech-focused workplace where data, automation, agents and AI are part of how we work * A fast-paced culture built on trust and the freedom to take responsibility * An office in central Aarhus, lunch and social events Does this sound like the role for you? Send us your CV and a few words about why you would like to join the team. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis. We look forward to hearing from you!
