Banking hasn't changed much in decades. We're changing that. One product at a time. Lunar is a Nordic challenger bank building the future of banking, with AI at the core. Our engineers, designers, and product people work on problems that actually matter. Making money simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for millions of people across the Nordics. Fully licensed and founded in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm. We move fast, we build with purpose, and we're just getting started. As our new Legal Counsel SE/NO you'll join the Legal team based in Stockholm , reporting to Caroline, Head of Legal, working to make sure products and processes are built on solid, sustainable legal ground as Lunar grows across Sweden and Norway. What will you do? Make sure our consumer-facing terms hold up under Swedish and Norwegian law, that practice matches what we promise in writing, and that the organization knows what these markets require. Review marketing campaigns, ads, and product communications against Swedish and Norwegian marketing rules and financial supervisory guidelines. Handle incoming customer complaints, legal queries, ARN cases (and the Norwegian equivalent, Finansklagenemnda), and first-line consumer credit and collections questions - escalating what needs a senior call. Review and negotiate smaller vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts in line with established templates and guidelines. Keep legal templates and processes up to date, train the customer support team on frequently asked legal issues, and support Caroline with board secretarial work, from meeting materials to statutory filings with Bolagsverket (and the Norwegian equivalent, Brønnøysundregistrene). What are we looking for in you? A law degree or equivalent legal qualification, with some experience in Swedish consumer, financial services, and/or marketing law - ideally gained in-house at a bank or fintech, or at a law firm advising clients in financial services. Norwegian legal knowledge is a strong plus. Experience reviewing or drafting contracts, ideally vendor agreements, NDAs, or partnership terms. Confident challenging assumptions, pushing back, or advising against unsound options — while remaining humble enough to request additional background before delivering definitive guidance. Comfortable moving between detail and speed — reviewing a credit agreement one hour, turning around a marketing campaign review the next. Strong written communication in Swedish and/or Norwegian, with professional fluency in English, and the ability to explain legal requirements clearly to non-legal teams. A structured, detail-oriented approach to casework, with genuine interest in consumer protection and financial regulation. What you get (aka. Benefits and perks) 4 days in the office - 1 day home if you want. We're a team that builds together, thinks together, and moves together. Showing up is part of how we work. State of the art equipment. The newest computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard. We want you to do your best work without anything slowing you down. Pension, health insurance, and enhanced parental leave. From your financial future to your family moments. We've got you covered. Are you ready to join the journey? Apply now and let's find out more! While you hold on tight for us to get back to you, curious to see what we're up to? Our engineers, designers, and product people work on problems that actually matter. Making money simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for millions of people across the Nordics. Fully licensed and founded in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm. We move fast, we build with purpose, and we're just getting started. As our new Data Analyst, you'll join the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) team based in Copenhagen, reporting to the VP of Financial Crime Prevention and Lunar's MLRO, working to build and scale the data foundation that powers Lunar's fight against financial crime. Financial Crime Prevention is a growing function at Lunar, and demand for data and insights across the department is increasing. You'll start by taking ownership of our dbt project (2,000+ models, structured in layers from raw events through business logic to a BI layer) and our Looker instance, building strong fluency in our data models and BI setup. From there, you'll take on a growing share of the analytical and reporting needs across FCP, and over time, move into more strategic work, including regulatory reporting and partnering with FCP leadership on key decisions. Financial crime domain knowledge is an advantage, not a requirement — we'll teach you what you need to know. What will you do? Own and maintain our dbt project (2,000+ models) and Looker instance, keeping our data foundation reliable and well-structured Handle data requests, dashboards, and analytical questions from across Financial Crime Prevention Partner directly with team leads across Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, CDD, and Onboarding to support their teams' analytics needs Grow into supporting FCP leadership and contributing to regulatory reporting, where your outputs feed board and regulatory submissions Use AI tools as leverage across your workload, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership What are we looking for in you? Strong SQL and real, hands-on dbt experience — models, refs, tests, incremental logic, layered project structures — in a large, business-logic-heavy warehouse Comfortable working through Git/GitHub (branching, pull requests, code review), and experience with a BI tool such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase Genuine, hands-on fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow Independence: you can take an ambiguous request, resolve it yourself, and deliver an accurate answer without being checked line by line Comfortable presenting to and defending your analysis in front of senior stakeholders, with a strong instinct for sanity-checking your own numbers before they feed regulatory submissions and executive decisions Benefits and perks 4 days in the office. As our new Senior Compliance Officer/Compliance Officer, you'll join the Compliance team in the 2nd line of defence, reporting to Kathrine von Grumbkow, Director of Compliance. The team sits in Copenhagen , but working from Aarhus or Stockholm is also an option. This is a compliance team that gets called early, not last. We cover every regulatory requirement across all the Nordic jurisdictions Lunar operates in, and we're in the room when products are still being shaped - giving support, pushing back, and helping the business find the version that works for customers and regulators. The compliance toolbox here is being built with a tech-first mindset rather than inherited from a decades-old bank, so you'll have real influence over how it takes shape. What will you do? Drive compliance initiatives across the key areas of general banking regulation Be our subject matter expert on two of the following areas: credit, conduct, financial crime prevention, digital operational resilience, or payments Implement and maintain our Compliance Framework, and keep it fit for how Lunar actually works Monitor and assess compliance risks, then turn what you find into recommendations the business can act on Be the sparring partner the business comes to on regulatory questions — supporting, challenging, and advising as products and processes evolve What are we looking for in you? Experience with Danish banking regulation — several years of it for the senior role, less if you're earlier in your compliance career Hands-on experience with compliance or risk management in 1st or 2nd line, preferably from a bank or credit institution Analytical skills to identify and assess regulatory risk in the context of a specific business model and products Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to position compliance as an enabler for the business Solid understanding of core banking activities and products Comfortable explaining regulatory reasoning to people outside compliance, and able to move projects forward independently while working closely with the team What you get 4 days in the office - 1 day work from home.
