Role overview and responsibilities As a Junior Operations Specialist, you will: · Help customers, contractors, and drivers via chat, email, and phone, quickly and professionally · Solve operational challenges with sharp problem-solving and attention to detail · Contribute to process optimization and improvements that make a difference · Ensure efficient coordination and daily operation of our activities We'll train you thoroughly, experience with logistics, purchasing, or customer service is a plus but not a requirement. Hours are flexible and tailored to students, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
