We are a fast growing startup, and we promote an international working environment filled with smart and ambitious colleagues based in Stockholm, Geneva, New York, and remotely. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health through research and passion, empowering every woman with the knowledge she needs to take charge of her health. As a Research Operations Intern, you'll provide hands-on support for our research studies. You'll keep things running smoothly day-to-day by troubleshooting devices, keeping inventory in order, and making sure every participant has a good experience from their first email to their last. This is an entry-level role, ideal if you're early in your career and want to see how hardware trials at Natural Cycles work in practice. You don't need prior experience in clinical research. What matters most is that you're organized, reliable, and enjoy solving practical problems. You'll work closely with the MAD (Medical Algorithm and Data) team and collaborate with Hardware, Finance, IT, and HR. Research and trials workload fluctuates, so we're looking for someone comfortable switching gears to collaborate with other teams if needed. Please note that this is a one-year contract role based in the Stockholm area, with a start date in December. What you will be doing Troubleshoot: help participants solve device and app issues, test devices yourself, and figure out what went wrong when something doesn't work. Forward feedback to stakeholders in a structured and organized manner. Look after devices and inventory: keep track of stock, prepare and ship devices and materials, and keep inventory records accurate and up to date. Support participants by answering questions, scheduling calls when needed, and sending follow-up messages in a clear, professional, and friendly way. Keep track of the details: check that signed documents are collected and stored in accordance with the internal protocol, monitor that participants are sharing data as expected, and flag anything that looks off. Help with onboarding: schedule participants and prepare materials. Run offboarding: guide participants through the end of a study, collect devices and materials, and coordinate with Finance so compensation is paid. What skills and experience we think you have You have a track record of taking responsibility and keeping things organized. This can come from a part-time job, volunteering, a student association, organizing events, coaching, or a similar role, paid or unpaid. Technical customer support role experience is a plus. You're structured and like having systems: checklists, spreadsheets, and clear documentation. You have strong attention to detail and easily spot small mistakes. You enjoy troubleshooting and have the patience to help people who aren't comfortable with technology. You explain things clearly and simply, both in writing and in conversation. You can juggle several tasks at once without losing track. You stay focused on priorities, even when plans change. You're fully proficient in English, spoken and written. You care about women's health and are curious about research. You're comfortable with flexible scheduling, collaborating with multiple teams, and a varying workload. You're based in the Stockholm area and available to start in December for a one-year contract. What we offer Flexible work arrangement - you will be part of a team based in and around Stockholm that values effective collaboration and transparent communication, irrespective of work location. Professional development - you will work alongside knowledgeable colleagues in the continuous growth and skill enhancement environment. Modern technology - you will leverage innovative technologies and tools, within an environment that empowers you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your work. Impactful projects - you will contribute to groundbreaking projects that redefine industry standards and create tangible value. Commitment to quality - you will join a dynamic and progressive organization that prioritizes profitable, long-term product development. Location Most trial operations happen on-site, so being in the office regularly is essential. That said, when the work allows for occasional remote days, we’re glad to make use of that flexibility. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health through research and passion, empowering every woman with the knowledge she needs to take charge of her health. We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead our App Pod in the Product Team: the cross-functional team of designers, engineers and testers who build the in-app experience of the Natural Cycles° app. You'll own the pod's roadmap and day-to-day delivery, turning health data, from devices and user input, into clinically grounded features that help women understand their bodies across their whole reproductive health journey. You understand how the product works under the hood, care deeply about the user and about quality, and bring the team along with clear priorities. You use AI every day to work smarter and keep challenging how we work, while your own thinking and judgment stay in charge. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Sweden.
