At PriceShape, we’re building a more data-driven, automated and scalable Marketing function — and we’re looking for someone who is excited about using AI and technology to rethink how Marketing operates. As a MarTech Operations Specialist, you’ll own and continuously improve the technology, data and automation that power our Marketing function. You’ll connect systems, strengthen our data foundation and find new ways to use AI, automation and technology to make our Marketing engine smarter, faster and more scalable. Working closely with Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we use technology across the organisation. We’re looking for someone curious, hands-on and eager to explore what’s possible — someone who doesn’t just operate existing systems, but actively looks for better ways to build, automate and solve problems. Job description As a MarTech Operations Specialist, you will play an essential role in building and running the technical layer behind our Marketing function. Your day-to-day work will span CRM, marketing automation, tracking, data, reporting, website operations, technical SEO and integrations. You’ll connect systems that would otherwise sit apart and make sure our Marketing team has reliable data, efficient workflows and the technical foundation needed to scale. This is a build role rather than a maintenance role. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities, challenge how things are done and continuously improve the Marketing engine. You’ll use automation, AI and technology to remove manual work and build better solutions — including using code when existing platform functionality isn’t enough. Your key responsibilities: Own HubSpot and Marketing automation, including data structure, workflows, lead capture, scoring, routing and nurture flows. Own Marketing tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate conversion tracking, analytics, dashboards and a clear connection between Marketing activity and pipeline outcomes. Own website operations and technical SEO, including WordPress, HTML/CSS, crawlability, indexation, performance, structured data and multi-market requirements such as hreflang. Build and improve integrations and automations that connect systems, remove manual work and make Marketing more efficient. Use AI, code and emerging technologies to solve problems, automate processes and build solutions beyond what existing platforms can offer. Manage and optimise the MarTech stack, evaluating new tools and continuously improving the systems we use. Ensure technical quality from the start, making new pages and campaigns trackable, indexable and performant from launch. Document systems and processes to create a scalable setup and ensure knowledge is shared across the team. We expect you to bring the following We’re looking for someone who is analytical, structured and technically curious, but who also enjoys building and making things happen. You’re comfortable taking ownership, solving problems independently and working across different systems and teams. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable with technology and data and confident enough to investigate, troubleshoot and build solutions yourself. You’re also naturally curious about new technology and actively look for ways to use AI, automation and other tools to work smarter. Must-Have Skills 4+ years experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, RevOps, CRM or a similar technology-focused role. Hands-on experience building in HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform: data structure, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle management and routing you designed. Experience implementing marketing tracking, analytics, reporting and data quality. Strong understanding of automation and integrations, with the ability to connect systems and improve workflows. Experience with web technologies, ideally including WordPress and basic HTML/CSS, as well as multi-market websites and technical SEO requirements such as hreflang. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Experience using AI and emerging technologies to build and automate solutions, including how you tested them before they touched live data. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with APIs, webhooks, JavaScript, Python or SQL. Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools. Experience from a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment. What you can expect from us The opportunity to own and shape our MarTech infrastructure and have a real say in how our systems, data and automation work together. Plenty of room to build, experiment and test new technology, including AI, automation and custom solutions. A technically diverse role spanning CRM, data, tracking, integrations, web, SEO and automation — with the freedom to go beyond standard platform functionality. The opportunity to turn technical solutions into measurable business impact, supporting Marketing efficiency, lead generation and growth. Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and other key functions across the business. A culture built on trust, ownership and getting things done. Opportunities for continued professional and personal development. Modern offices in Aarhus and Stockholm.
