We are looking for a dedicated and passionate person for our specialized foundation construction project in Gothenburg Site Manager (m/f/x) Your tasks: Track and document project quantities, cost, variations, and progress against contract Coordinating work schedules of the joint venture and sub-contractor activities and manage deliveries to site Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and the project team to identify and mitigate quality or schedule risks Consolidate QA/QC topics, assist with document control and submittals to client Conduct site inspections for risk and hazard identification Preparation of safety documentation and associated reporting Your profile: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Several years of experience in a site-based hands-on role covering quality control and/or quantity surveying on construction projects Several years of experience as a site engineer in special foundation techniques Familiarity with site inspection, non-conformance procedures, and handover/close-out documentation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in spoken and written English

For our special foundation construction project in Sweden we are looking for a committed and passionate QA/QC Engineer (m/f/x) for a limited contract. Tasks: Controlling and monitoring of the construction process of the specialist foundation project according to legal quality requirements and internal quality standards Performance of daily inspections on site, test the quality of specialist foundation construction works required in the contract specifications Identification and documentation of quality problems and corresponding solutions, monitoring the effectiveness of improvement measures and reporting to the project management Documentation of all quality related activities, risk assessment, internal and external audits, observation reports and optimization of quality procedures for the specialist foundation project Periodically perform material inspections of reinforcement cages at the fabrication facilities of suppliers; initiate and track Non-conformance reports for defective materials Profile: Several years experience as Site/QC Engineer in special foundation on complex projects Civil engineer studies background Ability to work independently and in teams of international composition Ability to communicate fluent in English, both oral and written
