Education & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field. · 8+ years of experience in software product management. Skills & Knowledge: · Strong product judgment and experience working with empowered, cross-functional teams. · Proven ability to drive outcomes through discovery, experimentation, and iteration. · Data-informed decision-making, with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Strategic thinker with a user-centered mindset and the courage to challenge assumptions. · Deep understanding of what makes a product valuable, usable, and viable. Technical Proficiency: · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management tools. · Familiarity with data analytics platforms and agile development environments. Preferred Certifications: · Product management methodologies (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, or similar). · Customer-centric or technology product design. · Scaled Agile Frameworks or enterprise product management.
