Senior Product Engineer Build a product with real users and AI in production, in a small team that owns the problem end to end. SeenThis is turning campaign work that today lives across email, spreadsheets, ad platforms and people’s heads into software that can increasingly run it. We organise Product and Engineering in small teams around the problems that matter most, and give each team the mandate to make its own decisions. You’ll join one of those teams: a few engineers, a designer and a product manager. The team works directly with customers, decides what to build, ships it, runs it and measures whether it worked. As the senior engineer, you shape the architecture and the technical approach, including how AI features are built and tested, while spending most of your time building. The team starts on Creative Manager. ABOUT SEENTHIS The open web has massive untapped advertising potential, but video has historically underperformed here. SeenThis is changing that. As a video advertising partner, we prove the open web delivers exceptional results, capturing more attention with cost-effective video that keeps publishers profitable and the internet independent. Since 2017, we've served billions of streams for 5,000+ brands across 50+ countries. Do you want to be part of our journey, where we dare to discover, own it, and win together? Join SeenThis! ABOUT THE ROLE Getting a video campaign live means keeping a brand, its agencies and several ad platforms aligned, and much of that coordination is still done by hand. Creative Manager brings the media plan, specifications, assets, approvals and publishing into one shared workflow. Design partners already run real campaigns through it, and many of the important product and technical decisions are still open. The next step is to make it a product any agency can rely on every day. The hard part is making the open web as simple to buy as a walled garden. A walled garden has one platform and one set of rules. On the open web, every agency structures campaigns differently, every ad platform and publisher has its own formats and requirements, and several roles work on the same campaign. The product has to absorb that complexity without exposing it to the user. Getting the domain model, integrations and permissions right is what makes that possible, and what lets AI take on more of the coordination over time. Early work might include: * Completing the path from approval to publishing across the ad platforms our partners use. * Using AI to read media plans in whatever format an agency sends, with evals behind it and clear signals to the user where it is unsure. * Handling hundreds of assets per campaign, with bulk changes and naming conventions. HOW WE WORK * Stay close to the problem. Engineers spend time with customers and our campaign producers alongside product and design, so the people building the product understand the workflow, the edge cases and why the problem matters. Discovery is shared work, and we explore options with prototypes before committing to a solution. * Small teams, full ownership. The team decides how to solve the problem, how to structure the system and how to get it into production, and ownership continues after the code is merged. There is no separate architecture group handing down solutions. * Ship early and measure. We get something useful in front of users quickly, measure what happens and improve from there. Campaigns have fixed deadlines, so reliability, observability and recovery are part of product development from the start. * Use AI in the tools and in the product. We use Claude Code, Codex and other AI tools heavily in development, and engineers remain accountable for what ships. When AI is part of a product workflow, we treat evals, uncertainty, guardrails and failure modes as engineering problems in their own right. * Follow the problem across boundaries. A product problem might start in the UI and lead into an API, the domain model, an integration, the data platform or the streaming infrastructure that handles billions of events a day. We expect engineers to follow it far enough to solve it properly. QUALIFICATIONS * You’ve taken customer-facing products from an unclear starting point into production and run them long enough to see which of your decisions held up. * You’re a full-stack engineer in practice: you build complex UI flows for expert users and design the domain model, APIs and integrations behind them, with solid habits in performance, testing and failure handling. * You bring product judgment to engineering: you understand how users actually work, and you know when to invest in foundations and when to ship something simpler. * You use AI coding tools in your daily work, can explain how you verify their output, and can reason through a system and debug it without them. * You raise the standard of the team through design reviews, code review and clear written reasoning. For reference, we build in TypeScript, with Vue, Node and PostgreSQL. With AI tools, a new stack is quick to pick up, so we hire for judgment and fundamentals rather than experience with specific frameworks. BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH Creative or content production tools, advertising technology, complex B2B workflows, third-party platform integrations, high-volume event data or video delivery. Or LLM features in production. APPLICATION As we review applications and interview on a continuous basis, please apply as soon as possible. Business Controller Are you a finance professional who loves the detail but lives for the conclusion? As Business Controller at SeenThis, you'll be the financial business partner to leaders across all our markets. You'll turn numbers into decisions and help managers get better at running their business. If you combine analytical rigor with a coaching, business-minded approach, this is your chance to shape how a fast-growing global company understands and acts on its numbers. About SeenThis The open web has massive untapped advertising potential, but video has historically underperformed here. SeenThis is changing that. As a video advertising partner, we prove the open web delivers exceptional results, capturing more attention with cost-effective video that keeps publishers profitable and the internet independent. Do you want to be part of our journey, where we dare to discover, own it, and win together? Join SeenThis! About the role You'll own the analysis, understand the detail, and make the whole picture clear for those who don't. You'll connect market-level performance to the company's overall strategy. Managers should experience you as a partner who makes them better, not a control function they report to. Business Partnering & Coaching * Act as dedicated finance partner to market and functional leaders across all markets, supporting them in budgeting, forecasting, pricing and commercial decisions. * Review and challenge major deals, renewals and pricing exceptions before signing. You'll own the financial guardrails (margin floors, discount thresholds) and support Sales with deal-level profitability analysis. * Explain financial outcomes, drivers and trade-offs in clear, accessible terms. * Build financial literacy across the leadership community through proactive, pedagogical support. Analysis & Insight * Own recurring performance analysis (revenue, margin, cost-to-revenue, pipeline economics) per market and consolidated, with clear conclusions and recommendations. * Deliver ad hoc analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives, investments and organizational changes. * Own benefits tracking for strategic initiatives: define baselines, track realized savings and margin effects against the business case, and report deviations to the executive team. * Spot risks, deviations and opportunities early, and bring them to the right owner with a proposed way forward. Planning & Reporting * Drive the budget and forecast process across markets, including timelines, templates, quality assurance and challenge of submitted numbers. * Partner with People on workforce planning: headcount budgeting and forecasting, cost modelling of organizational changes, and compensation-related analysis. * Prepare management and board-level reporting, ensuring one consistent version of the truth across markets and systems. * Continuously improve controlling processes, models and tooling, including automation and AI-supported workflows. Success in this role looks like: leaders actively seek your input before decisions, and your analyses are accurate in the detail and clear in the conclusion. The organization understands not just what the numbers say, but why, and what to do about it. Qualifications Required * University degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field. * Several years of experience in business control, FP&A or a similar role, ideally in a scale-up, SaaS or adtech environment. * Strong financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills. * Experience running budget and forecast processes across multiple markets or business units. * The ability to explain complex financials clearly and confidently to non-finance stakeholders. * Fluency in English, spoken and written. Good to have * Experience with BI tools such as Power BI. * Experience with deal desk, pricing or commercial finance. * An interest in automation and AI-supported ways of working. * Swedish language skills. SENIOR DATA ENGINEER Help build and take real ownership of the data platform behind proof, insights and optimisation in open-web video advertising, processing billions of video streams and hundreds of billions of events. We believe brands deserve reach wherever audiences are, publishers deserve sustainable revenue, and the internet deserves to stay open. Our team of 130+ employees works globally from offices in Stockholm, Oslo, London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Sydney. We're expanding across all teams and looking for people who want to make a real impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Do you want to be part of our journey, where we dare to discover, own it and win together? Join SeenThis! ABOUT THE ROLE You'll join our R&D organisation, where Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Infrastructure work together across three product streams: Core Tech, our streaming, delivery and measurement technology; Studio, our production system for advertising; and Creative Manager, the workflow and orchestration layer around campaign execution. Data works across all three and supports teams across SeenThis, turning product, operational, commercial and financial data into governed models, shared definitions, reporting and insight. The data team today consists of a lead data engineer, who built the platform and leads its technical direction, and a data analyst working closely with teams across reporting, insight and the business. You'll be the second data engineer, with substantial hands-on responsibility for running and evolving the platform and its governed models, and a real say in where we go next. The platform was rebuilt over the past year and now runs in production across high-volume streaming and event data, alongside product, campaign, CRM and finance data. You'll thrive here if you enjoy shaping the solutions and how to build them rather than just executing against a fixed spec, partner naturally with business stakeholders to get at the real problem before reaching for a technical solution, and take initiative to move things forward. Our stack includes Python and SQL, Airflow 3 on GKE, GCS and S3, BigQuery, ClickHouse, and Terraform across GCP and AWS. We use AI tools in engineering where they add value, backed by the fundamentals to judge their output. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Run and evolve the data platform end to end, from ingestion through transformation, modelling and serving. * Make it reliable without constant attention through data-quality checks, monitoring and alerting, idempotent pipelines, backfills and repair tooling. * Work with data of very different shapes and scales, from high-volume events to third-party APIs, operational databases and files. * Build and evolve governed models, onboard new sources, retire legacy paths and expand self-service through curated datasets. * Build the trusted data products behind campaign reporting, commercial and financial reporting, billing and reconciliation, product insight and operational decision-making. * Work directly with teams across SeenThis to identify what data can do for them and shape ambiguous problems into valuable use cases. You will not wait for someone to hand you a finished spec. * Improve how we build and operate the platform, including using AI where it adds clear value. WHO YOU ARE * You have substantial experience building and operating production data platforms, with strong Python and advanced SQL. * You have built and run orchestrated data pipelines in production. Airflow experience is strongly preferred. * You have worked with cloud environments at a meaningful scale, ideally GCP. * You have built data lakes, data warehouses and complex dimensional models. * You think operationally and build for long-term reliability, data quality, performance and cost efficiency. * You have taken meaningful end-to-end responsibility for production systems and work well independently in a small senior team. * You use AI tools pragmatically in your engineering work and have the fundamentals to judge their output. * You communicate clearly and leave systems, code and technical decisions understandable for the people working on them next. BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH * ClickHouse, Kubernetes/GKE or Terraform. * High-volume event, impression or streaming data. * Ad tech, martech, media measurement or another commercially complex data domain. * Decommissioning legacy systems, or building AI/LLM-backed tooling or data products. APPLICATION If you're close on most of this and strong where it counts, we'd rather hear from you than not. As we review applications and interview continuously, please apply as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to provide personalised feedback prior to the interview stage. Thank you for understanding! We conduct background checks on all SeenThis hires to meet customer requirements and protect business-critical information. We look forward to welcoming you to SeenThis!
Senior/Staff+ Software Engineer Build the systems that scale video advertising on the open web. Get the workflow right first, then use AI to help it run. Most ad budgets flow to a few closed platforms for one reason: they make it easy. Buying video on the open web should be just as easy. At SeenThis, we're turning years of hands-on campaign delivery into products that automate the right work while keeping people in control. This is a senior-to-staff+ role for engineers who can take real product problems from ambiguity to production. You'll work across distributed systems, product workflows, LLM-powered automation, and the operational details that make the whole thing reliable at scale. We're expanding across all teams and constantly seeking new colleagues who want to make real impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where innovation happens daily. Do you want to be part of our journey, where we dare to discover, own it, and win together? Join SeenThis! ABOUT THE ROLE You'll join our R&D org to own problems end to end with your team. We re-team when it makes sense and work across the portfolio, so this role is not locked to one product area. Where you start, and where you grow next, depends on your strengths, interests, and where the business needs senior ownership most. The three streams you may work across are: Core Tech. The streaming, delivery, and measurement technology at the foundation of everything we do, handling billions of events a day. Studio. Our creative production tool, where teams build, adapt, and launch campaigns, and the engine behind our own managed production. Creative Manager. The orchestration layer and system of record for media plans, orders, approvals, creative delivery, and reporting. You'll work in a small team of peers: flat, fast, close to customers, close to the model, and serious about quality. You own problems, not tickets, and you own them together. We measure ourselves on whether what we ship changes behaviour. We're hiring across senior to staff+ level. The level follows your experience and the scope you're ready to own, and we calibrate it with you. Applied AI is central to the role, but it comes second on purpose. We get the product and workflow right for people first, with solid engineering and a strong human-in-the-loop experience. Then we apply AI to automate the work, one proven step at a time. The goal isn't to add AI for its own sake. It's to build systems where the product handles more of the work, people set intent, review exceptions, and stay in control. Agents can now take on a meaningful share of implementation work, which changes the job. The value is in judgment: framing the problem, setting the guardrails, and knowing what good looks like, so you can tell solid work from a confident mistake. We already build this way, with agents on most tasks through Claude Code and Codex, in-house skills that teach them our conventions, and an AI reviewer on every pull request. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Take a problem from discovery through to something shipped and working, with your team, and stay with it through launch and the iteration after. * Own the full lifecycle: design, build, ship, operate, and iterate. Weigh tradeoffs in the open, make the architectural calls, and bring peers with you. * Design systems that scale: distributed services where a dropped or double-counted event becomes a billing error, with the observability and operational care to keep them healthy. * Build AI into real product workflows: evals, guardrails, tracing, human-in-the-loop review, and the state and tool contracts behind agents that hold up in production. * Raise the engineering bar through code review, mentoring, technical direction, and the way you work. QUALIFICATIONS * Senior level: you've owned complex systems end to end and shipped them into production. * Staff+ level: you've led ambiguous, multi-month technical problems, made strong architectural calls, and brought others with you. * You have very strong engineering fundamentals. You design distributed systems that scale, weigh tradeoffs, and instrument for observability. * You have full-stack range. We build in TypeScript and Node, but fundamentals matter more than the stack. You pick up what the problem needs. * You've shipped LLM or agent features in production, beyond basic prompting: tool use, retrieval, orchestration, evals, and guardrails. You have an intuition for where models are reliable and where they need constraints, review, or another approach entirely. * You drive alignment across technical and non-technical people, and work out what matters most rather than waiting for a spec. * You have high ownership and low ego. You care about quality, lift the people around you, and want the work to matter. * You already work AI-native: you direct agents, judge their output, and build your own tooling, while still being able to reason through a problem and debug without them. We'll ask for concrete examples of how you work this way. BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH * The platform layer behind an AI product: the orchestration, eval infrastructure, and tracing that other engineers build on, not only the features on top. * Partnering with data or ML teams to productise model capabilities, or diagnosing and fixing model failure modes in production. * High-throughput event pipelines, streaming data, or real-time systems. * Our wider stack: BigQuery, ClickHouse, Airflow, and a multi-cloud footprint across AWS and GCP. * Third-party platform APIs, such as Meta, ad servers, or DSPs, integrated and running in production. * Ad tech, martech, creative tooling, or another commercially messy domain. APPLICATION If you're close on most of this and strong where it counts, we'd rather hear from you than not. As we review applications and interview on a continuous basis, please apply as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of applications received, we are unable to provide personalized feedback prior to the interview stage. Thank you for understanding!
