belangrijker - maakt zelf de allerlekkerste content.
Met de 2-3 jaar werkervaring die je bij een bureau of merk hebt opgedaan weet je hoe je visual hooks inzet, een camera optimaal
gebruikt en met slimme edits verhalen nóg krachtiger overbrengt. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van social
content op TikTok en Instagram, en werk je nauw samen met onze Social Brand & Activation Manager en andere creatieven. Jouw

Als stagiair Social Creative heb je een schermtijd die je liever niet hardop zegt en ben je altijd op de hoogte van de laatste social media trends. Van feta-ovenpasta tot knapperige aardappelsalade en van chopped sandwich tot de omelet uit The Bear - jij was er allemaal als eerste bij. Je maakt foto’s en short-form video’s waar menig maag van gaat rommelen en je weet deze beelden tot hapklare content te maken. Kom jij ons gezellige social team per september 2026 versterken voor een half jaar? WAT JE GAAT DOEN * Je bent als eerste op de hoogte van de nieuwste foodtrends en komt met originele ideeën om hierop in te haken op een manier die past bij Crisp. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid om je eigen creativiteit in te zetten. * Je weet welke ingrediënten er nodig zijn om de lekkerste foto’s en video’s te maken en kunt deze beelden zelf bewerken tot smaakmakende content. * Met je handen uit de mouwen mentaliteit ondersteun je ons social team bij het coördineren van foto en videoshoots. Je zit niet elke dag achter je laptop, maar gaat ook regelmatig op pad, bijvoorbeeld om leveranciers te ontmoeten of content te schieten op locatie. * Je helpt bij het beheren van de social media kanalen van Crisp. Je houdt de planning bij, zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt en draagt bij aan een dynamische, leuke rol binnen een gezellig team. DIT BEN JIJ * Je zit vol ideeën om onze socials naar een next level te tillen * Je verslindt alle vormen van digitale content en Instagram en TikTok kennen geen geheimen voor jou. * Je hebt een flexibele werkhouding. Een plotselinge update van Instagram brengt jou niet van je stuk. * Je bent creatief en proactief. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar sparren met het social team vind je net zo leuk. * Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als in schrift. * Je bent 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar voor minimaal 5 maanden. For a new premium client team, we are looking for a Social Creative with a strong eye for ideas, storytelling and cultural relevance, and a refined sense of visual taste. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity and culture. While platform knowledge and trend awareness are important, we’re looking for someone who knows how to turn cultural insights into strong social ideas for premium brands. Someone who understands that not every trend is worth following, and that great social content is built on strong thinking, not just execution. You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team of strategists, creatives, producers, and account managers helping shape the social presence of one of the world’s most respected premium brands. JOB PURPOSE First and foremost, you are a conceptual social creative. You think in ideas, formats and narratives. You understand what makes content perform on social, but more importantly, what makes it meaningful for a brand and its audience. You have a strong sense of aesthetics and understand what distinguishes premium brands from mass-market brands. You know how to develop ideas that feel culturally relevant, visually refined and strategically grounded. You are curious about culture, platforms and human behaviour, but you don’t chase trends blindly. Instead, you translate cultural moments, platform behaviour and audience insights into strong creative directions that elevate the brand. You may have worked across luxury, premium lifestyle, design, interiors, hospitality, fashion, automotive or consumer electronics brands. You understand how to balance brand guidelines with social-native thinking, and you know that the best ideas are simple, sharp and intentional. While you may not be focused on execution like editing or production, you understand what great social content looks like and can confidently guide creative output to ensure it meets a high visual standard. As a Social Creative, you are responsible for developing social-first ideas, concepts and content directions that combine platform relevance with premium brand storytelling. Your main focus is ideation, concept development and storytelling across formats. From product-driven content ideas and creator collaborations to campaign thinking, reactive content and always-on social formats, you help define how the brand shows up across social channels. You’ll work closely with strategists, producers, editors and account teams to ensure ideas are not only culturally relevant, but also executable and on-brand.
