YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY: As our Global Brand & Communications Manager, you will shape how ACT is seen, understood and experienced around the world. Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, you will lead the global Brand & Communications function, manage a team of six and work closely with Executive Leadership and Commercial teams. ACT is evolving from a global leader in environmental commodities into a broader sustainability solutions provider. At this defining stage in our growth, you will help strengthen our market position, increase ACT’s visibility and build a trusted, differentiated brand. You will work with talented colleagues across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific to help organisations accelerate the transition from climate ambition to measurable action. In essence, your role involves: * Own and evolve ACT’s global brand and communications strategy in line with our business transformation. * Develop clear messaging and compelling storytelling that strengthens ACT’s market position. * Translate business priorities into relevant, credible and impactful communications. * Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Brand & Communications team of six. * Ensure a consistent brand experience across campaigns, content, digital channels and corporate communications. * Increase visibility and engagement across the website, social media, search and AI-powered discovery platforms. * Use market insights and performance data to continuously improve brand, content, campaigns, digital performance and communication effectiveness. * Partner with senior stakeholders to turn business priorities into impactful communications. * Manage external agencies and champion AI to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. Success in this role means strengthening ACT’s global brand, increasing visibility and engagement, improving digital performance, embedding AI within the Brand & Communications function and building a high-performing team that contributes directly to commercial growth. YOUR EXPERTISE: You combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and know how to translate business strategy into clear messaging, compelling market stories and consistent brand experiences. You are able to deliver impactful communications and measurable business results, with a strong focus on commercial growth. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: * A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. * 10+ years of experience in Brand, Corporate Communications or Strategic Marketing within an international B2B environment. * Proven experience developing brand strategy, market positioning and corporate messaging. * Experience leading and developing high-performing teams through growth or transformation. * Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, SEO and AI-enabled marketing. * Excellent storytelling, stakeholder-management and communication skills. * A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate brand investment into measurable business impact. YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY: In essence, your role involves: * Leading ACT’s global sustainability compliance strategy across renewable fuels, gases, and energy products, ensuring alignment with regulatory and certification requirements. * Owning and overseeing certification audits, reporting activities, and certification maintenance across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. * Partnering with commercial, risk, legal, and operations teams to identify compliance risks and opportunities, enabling informed business decisions. * Developing, optimizing, and scaling global compliance systems, processes, and governance frameworks to support sustainable growth. * Building, leading, and coaching a high-performing global team of sustainability compliance specialists and experts. * Monitoring regulatory developments and translating new requirements into effective compliance strategies and operational practices. * Representing ACT in industry associations, regulatory forums, and certification bodies to strengthen our market position and license to operate. * Driving a culture of compliance through policies, training initiatives, and continuous improvement programs across the organization. * Ensuring accurate, timely, and complete sustainability reporting while maintaining the highest standards of audit readiness and certification integrity. * Supporting the development and launch of new products by providing strategic sustainability compliance guidance throughout the product lifecycle. YOUR EXPERTISE, OUR SHARED SUCCESS: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: * University degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. * 6–8+ years of experience in sustainability compliance, renewable fuels, renewable gas, energy markets, or a related regulated industry. * Strong expertise in sustainability certification and regulatory frameworks, including ISCC, REDcert, Better Biomass, RFS, LCFS, RPS, and REC programs. * Proven experience leading compliance audits, certification programs, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements. * Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams in an international, fast-paced environment. * Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business solutions. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across functions, geographies, and external organizations. * Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and evolving regulatory environments while driving process improvements and innovation. * Clear and confident communication skills, with the credibility to engage senior leaders, regulators, auditors, and industry representatives. * A proactive, coaching-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY: As our International Tax Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing ACT Group's global tax strategy across an international footprint spanning approximately 10 jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, partnering with senior stakeholders to support the company's continued growth and international expansion. You will lead the Group's tax function and ensure that tax considerations are fully embedded in business decision-making. Along with ACT Group's response to evolving global tax developments, including OECD Pillar Two requirements, and help strengthen the organization's tax governance framework, ensuring compliance while supporting commercial objectives. In essence, your role involves: * Lead and evolve ACT’s Group global tax strategy, acting as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and managing the Group Tax Specialist. * Lead and oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and ensure accurate tax reporting including current and deferred tax provisions, disclosure and support for statutory and consolidated financial reporting. * Provide strategic tax advisory support to Finance, Treasury, Legal, HR, and Commercial teams on business transactions, new products, restructurings, cross-border activities, and operational initiatives. * Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess the impact on the Group’s operations, processes, controls and overall tax strategy, recommending and implementing appropriate actions to support compliance and support business growth. * Own the Group’s transfer pricing framework, international tax compliance, and OECD Pillar Two requirement. * Lead tax audits and authority interaction while maintaining a robust tax governance, controls and risk management framework. * Manage relationships with external tax advisors and service providers and drive continuous improvement of tax processes, automation initiatives, data management, and reporting capabilities across the Group. YOUR EXPERTISE: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: * 8 – 10 years of progressive experience in international corporate taxation, ideally combining Big 4/advisory and multinational in-house environment. * Master’s degree in tax Law, Fiscal Economy, Accounting, Finance or recognised professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, RA, ADIT, CTA. * Proven experience managing tax compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, and tax audits across multiple jurisdictions. * Previous experience leading, mentoring, or developing tax professionals. * Strong technical expertise in corporate income tax, VAT/GST and indirect taxes, withholding taxes, transfer pricing, OECD Pillar Two, international tax principles and IFRS tax accounting. * Experience developing tax strategies, governance frameworks, and risk management processes. * Strong analytical, financial and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and complex tax matters across jurisdictions. * Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical tax matters into practical business advice. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders. * Experience with ERP systems, tax technology solutions, automation initiatives, and advanced Excel capabilities.
