In this pivotal role, you will own the CRM strategy for LeasingMarkt, working closely with the AutoScout24 CRM Lead to define
the strategy, roadmap and accelerate customer engagement across Email, App Push, and WhatsApp. You will partner with
Product and Engineering teams to deliver impactful CRM initiatives, optimize the customer lifecycle, and use data to continuously
improve performance.
A key priority for this role will be leading LeasingMarkt's migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable, laying the
foundations for a scalable, modern CRM ecosystem that unlocks new opportunities for personalization, automation, and AI-powered
customer engagement.

Building products that maximize return per unit of risk taken and guide customers towards the risk level that’s optimal for them is the IPP team’s job.
