Business Controller – Elpy, Ellos Group

As a Business Controller for Elpy, you will play a key role in monitoring, analysing and developing the financial performance of

the business. Elpy is Ellos Group’s payment brand and operates in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment. In this role we

expect you to get involved in projects and bring ideas, you will work closely with the business, and providing financial analysis,

decision support and insights that help the organisation grow profitably and sustainably.

Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and analysis of revenue, costs and

profitability. You will also be responsible for developing relevant KPIs, reports and dashboards, ensuring that decision-makers

have access to the right information at the right time.

You will be part of an engaged team and collaborate with a wide range of functions, including Finance, Product, Tech, Commercial

and Management. The role combines both operational and strategic responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to influence ways of

working, processes and performance management. As a trusted business partner, you will translate financial information into clear

recommendations and actionable insights.

We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Business Controller with a strong understanding of financial management

and business performance. You have several years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or a similar field, and you are

comfortable independently driving analyses and presenting financial insights to different audiences.

You are structured, detail-oriented and solution-focused, while also being able to see the bigger picture and understand how

different parts of the business impact financial performance. You thrive in a role with many stakeholders and have the ability to

build trust by communicating complex information in a clear and accessible way.

• A university degree or equivalent higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related

field

ownership of your responsibilities, drive your work forward and enjoy collaborating with others to find the best solutions. You

are motivated by creating business value and want to contribute to the continued development of both the business and the Business

Control function.
