What you will do * Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Mexican market * Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team * Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes * Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments * Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation What Makes You a Great Fit * Strong knowledge of software sales, preferably in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups * Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers. * Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering. * Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact. * Based in Sao Paolo, with a strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM markets. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English. What you will do * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our market in LATAM is growing and thriving. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long-term partnerships. * Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting the progression of sales deals. * Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach, while consistently analyzing data to inform strategies. * Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings. What you will do * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our market in LATAM is growing and thriving. * Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B clients, such as solar installers and heat pump installers, by proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule product demonstration calls. * Utilize multiple channels for customer acquisition, focusing on outbound calls, participation in trade shows, and creating engagement on online platforms, i.e. LinkedIn. * Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying and strategizing new projects and partnerships that align with the company’s business objectives. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings.
