The main function of this role is to assist customer in day-to-day, liaise with carrier, transporter, warehouse operator,
fumigation, and ad-hoc task. Monitoring customer support, quotation and maintaining the volume and trade lane and ensure all
procedures and time frames to be followed as per agreed SOPs and workflows & must be always adhered to.
