Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen NETWORK SPECIALIST FÜR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER NETZE (GN) (Festanstellung, Vollzeit (40h/Woche)) Sie möchten die Netzwerk- und Service-Infrastruktur nicht nur betreiben, sondern aktiv gestalten? Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Planung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer ISP-Netzinfrastruktur, analysieren Störungen, unterstützen den 2nd-Level-Support und tragen dazu bei, dass unser Netzwerk jederzeit stabil und leistungsfähig bleibt. IHR AUFGABENGEBIET: * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Business-Internet-, DDoS-Protection- und Interconnection-Services * Betrieb, Überwachung und Optimierung der ISP-Netzinfrastruktur * Administration und Konfiguration von Switching- und Routing-Systemen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerk- und Service-Infrastruktur * Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Betriebs- und Netzwerkprozessen * Planung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten sowie Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Unterstützung im 2nd-Level-Support * Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten, Systemupdates und Software-Upgrades sowie Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Netzwerkbetriebs DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT: * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Technische Informatik, Telekommunikation, Nachrichtentechnik oder IT-Security bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. Reporting to Xavier, our Senior Lead IT, you will combine a hands-on support role (as the other IT Operations Specialists in the IT Team) with the ownership of the network management. You will be involved in the new office network deployment and setup and then be responsible for running it day to day. You will be accountable for the network’s well-being: availability, performance, and security. You will also be the point of contact and own relationships with our coworking providers across our international offices. • Deploy and own the main office network: You will drive the vendor for the network deployment and setup in the new Paris office (Wi‑Fi, certificate lifecycle, Radius, firewall management, routing, switching, ISP management, segmentation, …). The opportunity The role provides direct support to Sales and Tendering team by contributing to accurate, competitive sizing of operational efforts for tenders, as well as developing execution strategies and delivery schedules in alignment with Network Control global practices and delivery models. With extensive hands-on experience in executing SCADA/EMS/ADMS international projects within complex environments, the Tender Support Specialist serves as an integral part of the bid team. Your background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field 10-15 years in SCADA/ADMS/EMS/DMS/GMS project delivery and strong understanding of architectures and implementation lifecycles Mastery of project management frameworks (PMI, IPMA) and estimation methodologies Proven track record in emerging markets (Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia) Project estimation methodologies and scheduling techniques Ability to structure emerging market delivery strategies (Permanent Establishment setup, partnering models, local content) Soft skills as commercial mindset (balance technical excellence with margin protection), intellectual courage (challenge unrealistic assumptions) and excellent communication across technical and commercial stakeholders are a great advantage to be successful in this position.
