Developer Experience Engineer

We're looking for a Developer Experience Engineer to our new DevEx Team who is passionate about engineering effectiveness,

developer experience, developer joy, and software delivery capabilities.

Your mission is to make engineers more productive, effective, and successful by reducing friction across the software development

lifecycle. You'll work with developer tooling, automation, CI/CD, AI capabilities, standards, and self-service platforms to create

a world-class developer experience.

As AI transforms software engineering, you'll help shape how our organization adopts AI-assisted and agentic development, turning

emerging technologies into practical capabilities that teams can use every day.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how software engineering is practiced across the organization. You'll help

define the future of developer experience and AI-enabled engineering, while creating the tools, platforms, and ways of working

that allow teams to deliver their best work every day.

• Partner with development teams, Cloud, Security, Compliance, and Architecture to remove friction and enable secure, scalable

delivery.

• You likely have experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, developer tooling, or automation and enjoy

creating solutions that help other engineers succeed.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to automate and build tooling using languages such as Powershell, Python, Bash, or

similar.

• Experience with cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, internal developer platforms, security tooling, compliance frameworks,

or DORA metrics is a plus.
