M&A Analyst

Citycon is looking for a talented M&A Analyst to join our growing M&A team in a permanent position based at Citycon's headquarters

in Espoo. In this role, you will contribute to strategic transactions and investment initiatives across Citycon's Nordic

portfolio, helping drive growth and long-term value creation.

You will support strategic decision-making across the organization through financial modelling, valuation, market analysis, and

transaction support. Working closely with experienced colleagues and stakeholders, you will contribute to acquisitions,

divestments, and other strategic initiatives while gaining broad exposure to real estate investments and corporate development

projects.

• Support transaction execution through financial analysis, due diligence activities, and preparation of transaction-related

materials.

• Assist the M&A team in acquisitions, divestments, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives from evaluation through

execution.

• Gather, analyse, and organise information from internal stakeholders, external advisors, and business partners throughout

transaction processes.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in investments, transactions, valuation, corporate finance, or advisory within the

real estate industry.
