Om tjänsten

Lumene Group's vision is to be the number one beauty company from the Nordics, recognized for our leading work in circular beauty

among a wide international consumer group. We are a pioneer in the circular economy and bringing the power of the wild Nordic

nature to the reach of all. Lumene Group is the home of three Nordic beauty brands: LUMENE, CUTRIN and IDA WARG Beauty.

Are you an experienced planner who thrives on turning data into decisions and guiding others through complexity? Do you want to

shape how a Nordic beauty company plans its supply chain – from forecasting through to supply and inventory strategy? If so, we

would love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Senior Demand and Supply Planner to join our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. In this role, you will

own end-to-end demand and supply planning for key markets and/or brands, act as a senior voice in the S&OP process, and play an

active part in developing our planning capabilities and processes.

You will work closely with Commercial, Key Account Management, Procurement, Production, and Finance. You will be expected to

challenge assumptions, balance trade-offs between service, inventory, and cost, and bring clear recommendations to decision-making

forums.

This role is based either in Finland, Espoo or Sweden, Stockholm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Planning

  • Own end-to-end demand planning for key market(s) and/or brand(s) in RELEX, our planning system, acting as the senior point of

contact for Commercial and Key Account teams.

Lead monthly demand and market reviews, challenge commercial input, and build consensus around one agreed demand plan.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and bias (SWAPE) improvements across your scope, and develop forecasting methods, parameters, and

segmentation.

Own launch, novelty, and campaign planning end-to-end, including risk assessment and phase-in/phase-out decisions.

Supply Planning & Inventory

  • Translate the demand plan into a feasible supply plan together with Procurement, Production, and external partners, identifying

capacity and material constraints early.

  • Own service level, inventory targets, and Months on Inventory (MOI) for your scope, balancing availability, working capital,

and obsolescence risk.

  • Lead scenario planning and the resolution of supply disruptions, out-of-stocks, and slow-moving stock, escalating with clear

recommendations when needed.

S&OP Leadership

  • Prepare and present demand, supply, and inventory gaps, risks, and opportunities in S&OP and executive sign-off meetings when

needed.

Drive cross-functional alignment between Commercial, Procurement, Production, and Finance on trade-offs and decisions.
Deliver analyses and insights that support business decisions, such as range, inventory policy, and capacity.

Development & Continuous Improvement

Driving improvements in parameters, master data quality, and planning routines in Relex.
Lead development initiatives in planning processes, reporting, and automation, including smart use of AI tools.
Coach and mentor less experienced planners and share best practices across the team.

YOU WILL NEED FOR SUCCEEDING

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience

University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience within planning or another related supply chain field, ideally within FMCG, beauty, or another

consumer goods environment.

Proven experience from S&OP processes, including presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering value for the business and of using AI tools/automation to improve ways of working.
Fluent in English, Finnish is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel, with hands-on experience of an advanced planning system (RELEX or similar) and

SAP. Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently.

Solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and how planning decisions affect service, inventory, and cost.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Solution-oriented and calm under pressure – comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
A strong communicator who can explain complex trade-offs simply and challenge constructively.
Structured and detail-oriented, while keeping a strategic, end-to-end perspective.
Takes full ownership – drives your own scope independently and follows through on actions across functions.
Enjoys sharing knowledge, coaching others, and acting as a sparring partner within the team.
Motivated to develop our planning processes and capabilities, and to grow further within supply chain leadership.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

A senior role with real influence on how we plan, in a growing Nordic beauty company.
We offer benefits to support your well-being and work-life balance.
  • Time spent together is valuable for us and we try to meet up as often as possible to build strong relationships within the team

and promote innovative thinking.

  • And last, but not least – if you love our products as much as we do, our employees have the possibility to buy our products at

reduced prices!
