About the team:
We are the Fraud & Chargeback team at NOBA, responsible for fraud prevention across our brands Nordax Bank and Bank Norwegian. You
will lead the team who works with customers in Denmark and Norway. We also handle the dispute and chargeback process for credit
cards. Together we protect customers using personal loans, savings accounts, mortgages and credit cards. We’re committed, curious
and love solving problems together, in a culture of open dialogue.
About the role
As team lead, you’ll be a key person in our organisation, guiding and developing a team that identifies and prevents fraud and
manages credit card chargebacks. You’ll influence strategy, work closely with colleagues across NOBA and have real opportunities
to grow with us.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and prevent fraud across personal loans, savings accounts, mortgages and credit
cards
