Om tjänsten
Nordic Investin is recruiting an Identity Security Program Manager on behalf of one of our partner companies. You create pace
through clarity when workstreams, decisions and dependencies must move as one, and you surface risk early.
The partner is strengthening its capability in identity-security programmes spanning workforce, partners and privileged access.
You will take responsibility for work that connects IAM roadmap, workstreams and dependencies, while ensuring that controls and
adoption receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate.
Project leadership connects outcomes, plans, risks and decisions. Success is controlled change that the organisation can adopt and
sustain.
HOW YOU WILL WORK
You will work across business owners, technical specialists, security, operations and external suppliers. The partner expects you
to understand enough detail to test the plan, while keeping technical accountability with the appropriate experts. Ownership
continues through cutover, stabilisation and handover.
This role calls for visible leadership and disciplined decision making. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs
wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Relevant experience delivering identity-security programmes spanning workforce, partners and privileged access in a demanding
environment.
EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD ADD VALUE
A BACKGROUND THAT CAN SUCCEED HERE

and guided difficult decisions. Direct experience of identity-security programmes spanning workforce, partners and privileged
access is valuable, while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.
WHAT MAKES THE OPPORTUNITY INTERESTING
The assignment offers visible responsibility, access to decision makers and room to shape a delivery model with purpose. The focus

Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the opportunity before asking you to make a decision.
THE RECRUITMENT CONVERSATION
Nordic Investin will focus on decisions you have made: the context, alternatives, result and what you would change today. You will
also have room to test whether the role and partner environment are right for you.
