About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CMF Designer to support the development of Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) solutions across one or

more vehicle programs. The role involves translating strategic CMF direction into creative, technically feasible, and

production-ready design solutions while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary and global teams.

The successful candidate will combine strong creative vision with an understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and

automotive design requirements.

• Strong understanding of automotive materials, finishes, manufacturing processes, and production feasibility.

Required Competencies

• Strong creative vision and CMF storytelling skills.
• Ability to independently drive and coordinate CMF activities and programs.
• Excellent understanding of color, materials, finishes, textures, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to create high-quality renders using VRED or Blender.
• Familiarity with Rhino and/or Blender is an advantage.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools and their application in design is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
