Outbound Team Lead (Founding Role - Baltics)

Brightvision is on an ambitious growth journey — and we're looking for an exceptional sales leader to help us open and establish

our presence in the Baltics. This is not a standard sales role. It is a founding role.

You will be the first person on the ground in your market, working side-by-side with Brightvision's leadership and delivery team

to build a new outbound team from scratch. You'll sell, close, and then grow a team around you.
