We are now looking for an experienced Senior AI Transformation Lead who can help engineering organizations unlock the full

potential of AI-assisted software development.

Generative AI is rapidly changing how software is designed, developed, tested, and delivered. But adopting AI tools is only the

beginning. The real challenge is understanding how to use them effectively, measure their impact, and turn new capabilities into

lasting improvements.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of Generative AI, Software Engineering, Developer Productivity, and Digital

Transformation, helping organizations move from experimenting with AI to creating measurable business value.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior AI Transformation Lead, you will help a technically advanced engineering organization evaluate, optimize, and scale

its use of AI-assisted software development.

You will assess how tools such as GitHub Copilot, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI coding agents are currently used, identify

opportunities for improvement, and develop practical strategies for maximizing their value.

Your focus will not simply be on increasing AI adoption, but on understanding where AI genuinely improves developer productivity,

software quality, cost efficiency, and engineering outcomes.

You will work closely with software developers, technical leaders, architects, and management to combine strategic analysis with

hands-on technical guidance, coaching, and continuous improvement.

The role requires someone who understands both the technical possibilities of modern AI development tools and the organizational

challenges of introducing new ways of working.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assess current AI adoption, usage patterns, and maturity across software development teams.
Analyze how GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and AI coding agents are used throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity, software quality, and cost efficiency.
Define meaningful KPIs and measurement frameworks for AI adoption, usage, cost, and engineering value.
Establish baselines and methods for evaluating the impact of AI-assisted development over time.
Provide practical guidance on prompt engineering, context management, model selection, and agentic workflows.
Evaluate AI coding tools, models, and platforms to identify the most effective solutions for different development scenarios.
Design and facilitate workshops, technical coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Support developers and technical leaders in adopting effective AI-assisted engineering practices.
Identify and scale successful practices across engineering teams.
Develop recommendations for AI governance, continuous improvement, and responsible AI adoption.
Translate technical findings into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations for leadership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We believe you bring:

Extensive experience in software engineering, technical leadership, AI engineering, or digital transformation.
Strong practical experience with Generative AI and AI-assisted software development.
Hands-on knowledge of GitHub Copilot and modern AI coding tools.
Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic development workflows.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, testing, code quality, and developer workflows.
Experience evaluating developer productivity, engineering performance, or technology adoption.
Ability to define KPIs, analyze usage data, and translate insights into measurable improvements.
Experience leading technical change initiatives, coaching developers, or driving adoption of new technologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical technical implementation.
Professional proficiency in English.

You should be comfortable working directly with developers while also advising technical leadership on AI strategy, investment

priorities, and organizational development.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with one or several of the following is a plus:

GitHub Copilot Enterprise, GitHub Copilot metrics, or similar enterprise AI development platforms.
AI coding agents and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or other agentic development environments.
Advanced prompting, context engineering, and AI agent instructions.
Evaluating different LLMs based on performance, quality, cost, and suitability.
Developer productivity frameworks, including DORA metrics or SPACE.
AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
AI adoption and transformation within large engineering organizations.
Software development in regulated, safety-critical, or technically complex environments.
Designing and delivering technical workshops, coaching programs, or developer enablement initiatives.
Building AI adoption strategies, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps.

You are equally comfortable discussing AI strategy with leadership and sitting alongside developers to improve how they use AI in

their daily work.

You know how to distinguish between technology hype and genuine improvements in engineering performance.

You are analytical, pragmatic, and confident in challenging assumptions while helping teams develop new capabilities.

Most importantly, you are passionate about helping engineering organizations use AI smarter, not simply more.
