The team also works with technologies such as Sentinet, but the primary focus of this role is hands-on development within BizTalk. SENIOR DEVOPS & TEST AUTOMATION ARCHITECT At YORA, we bring together sharp people who want to build, challenge, and move technology forward. We are now looking for a Senior DevOps & Test Automation Architect to improve and evolve software development, build, and testing workflows within an advanced radar systems environment. You will work at the intersection of DevOps, test architecture, automation, and software engineering, supporting complex systems involving signal processing, radar control, and runtime environments. This is the right role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving how software is built and tested, and helping engineering teams work more efficiently. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior DevOps & Test Automation Architect, you will play an important role in improving the software development and testing environment for airborne surveillance radar systems. Your focus will be on strengthening test architecture, automated testing, and build processes to create more efficient and reliable software workflows. You will work closely with agile development teams, combining technical expertise with collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a proactive approach to identifying improvements. We are now looking for Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineers to help modernize and build the next generation of an enterprise Software Factory. You will work across Platform Engineering, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and solution architecture, combining strategic platform thinking with hands-on implementation. This is the right role for someone who has actually built, transformed, migrated, and operated development platforms — not just designed them on paper. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for both evolving existing platform capabilities and building the next generation of the development platform. The Software Factory supports the full software lifecycle — from code and build to testing, security scanning, artifact management, deployment, and operations. A key challenge will be balancing stable operations and delivery with long-term modernization, standardization, automation, and maintainability. The environment also places strong demands on security and includes on-premises and security-classified environments. This is a hands-on role where architecture and implementation go together. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Define and evolve the target architecture for the development platform and its DevSecOps capabilities * Design platform architecture for software development, CI/CD, automation, and security integration * Build and evolve Kubernetes-based platform capabilities * Define integration architecture between development tools, infrastructure, and identity platforms * Drive migration and consolidation of existing development toolchains * Develop roadmaps and strategies for platform transformation * Ensure scalability, security, governance, and lifecycle management across the platform * Operate and continuously improve platform services in production * Collaborate with platform engineers, security specialists, and business stakeholders * Help establish a sustainable long-term Platform Engineering capability WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You have deep experience with modern development platforms and understand what it takes to move from architecture to a platform that engineers can actually use and operate.
