As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will work across frontend and backend areas that support Benifex employee experience products,

and the mobile app.

The team is responsible for operational continuity, technical stability, and continuous improvement, which means the work often

involves balancing new development with careful maintenance, refactoring, and production reliability. One day you might be fixing

an issue in a mobile app, another improving a frontend framework, and another investigating a backend service or platform

integration.

This role suits someone who enjoys complex domains, solving problems, learning new areas, and taking ownership regardless of where

a challenge sits. Success in this role is less about being an expert in every technology and more about being curious, adaptable,

and willing to get stuck in wherever the team needs support. You will contribute to frontend development in React, Angular, and

TypeScript, while also helping build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and

SQL.

We are also on a journey to use AI more deliberately in our daily engineering work. We are looking for someone who has practical

experience with AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows, or who wants to keep exploring how these tools can help us move faster,

improve quality, understand complex codebases, and reduce repetitive work without lowering our engineering standards.

• Contribute wherever the team's priorities require, whether that's frontend, backend, mobile, platform, or operational

improvements.

• Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools thoughtfully as part of daily development, code exploration, testing, refactoring, and

documentation.

• Share learnings with the team about where AI adds value and how to use these tools responsibly in a complex production codebase

while applying sound engineering judgement.

While many successful candidates will have several years of experience, we also welcome applications from mid-level engineers who

can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a passion for learning.

Benifex understand the need to have a fast and efficient process, the below will all be completed in the shortest time possible,

typically a 2-2.5 week timeframe.
