Senior Operations Controller

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior Operations Controller on behalf of one of our partner companies. You see finance as both a

decision and control function, combining accuracy with the curiosity to turn numbers into action.

The partner is strengthening its capability in operational performance insight for service and production leaders. You will take

responsibility for work that connects forecasting, KPI analysis and cost drivers, while ensuring that business cases and

dashboards receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate.

You will work close to the stakeholders responsible for revenue, cost, projects or operations. The partner expects you to test

assumptions, explain uncertainty and translate analysis into a small number of useful actions. Credibility will come from both

This role calls for independent judgement and the ability to raise the quality around you. You will be expected to recognise when

a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.

Your background may be group finance, operations, audit, advisory or a growing business. Show the controls and decisions you owned

and the outcome. Direct experience of operational performance insight for service and production leaders is valuable, while

adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.
