About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in digital accessibility and inclusive design to support

accessibility work across a large digital organization.

This role combines hands-on accessibility audits with long-term capability building. You’ll help teams identify accessibility

issues, improve existing digital experiences, and most importantly design accessibility into products from the beginning rather

than addressing it at the end.

• Identify accessibility issues that automated tools may miss, including focus behaviour, reading order, labels, announcements

and interaction quality

Certifications such as IAAP WAS, CPWA, CPACC, DHS Trusted Tester or W3C WAI training are considered a strong plus. Equivalent

demonstrable experience is also valued.
