About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced UX Design Specialist to lead UX direction and execution across a product area. This is a
hands-on leadership role where you'll drive design strategy, coordinate UX efforts across multiple teams, and ensure cohesive,
high-quality user experiences are delivered.
Rather than managing people directly, you will lead through design expertise, collaboration, and strategic influence—working
closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to integrate UX into the product development
lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI tools throughout the design workflow for ideation, research synthesis, content generation, rapid prototyping, and
design validation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to embed UX into planning and delivery
processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional
experience).
- Deep expertise across the UX discipline, including:
- User Research
- Information Architecture
- Interaction Design
- Visual Design
- Prototyping
- UX Writing
- User Journey Mapping
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools throughout the design lifecycle, including large language models (LLMs), AI-assisted
design workflows, and code-based prototyping.
- Comfortable designing complex ecosystems involving multiple user roles, cross-platform experiences, and digital-physical
interactions.
