Step into the role
Do you want to lead projects in a technical environment where innovation, quality and customer value are at the forefront? MilDef
is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Solutions and Integration Team, where you will lead customer-focused
projects and collaborate closely with System Engineers, Systems Architects and other technical specialists to design and deliver
tailored IT and infrastructure solutions.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your leadership will be essential
in driving projects forward, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery. You will work closely with teams
across the organisation to ensure that projects meet customer requirements, are delivered on time and support MilDef’s overall
business objectives.
As a key contributor to MilDef’s continued growth, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of tactical IT solutions
while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and results.
Key responsibilities
- Systematically manage assigned development and delivery projects according to MilDef’s project processes, ensuring timely
delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Lead and actively contribute within project teams, ensuring the right resources, competencies, and conditions are in place for
success.
What you bring
- A university degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, electronics, mechanics, or an equivalent combination
of education and experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to create engagement and collaboration across
cross-functional teams.
