AI Director - Addovation

wants to take our AI journey to the next level and play a key role in driving business impact and innovations. With a clear

mandate from the leadership team and sponsorship across the business, you will have the opportunity to turn AI ambitions into

About the role

As AI Director, you will lead the direction of AI across Addovation. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities,

turning ideas into scalable solutions, and ensuring AI becomes a natural part of the way we work and deliver value. This is a

strategic role with a strong operational element, where you will collaborate closely with business leaders, consultants,

developers and customers across the organization.

You will lead Addovation's AI Council, bringing together stakeholders from across the organization to align priorities, accelerate

adoption and ensure business value.

What you'll do

As AI Director, you will:

• Define and drive Addovation’s AI strategy, roadmap and priorities.

• Define the direction for AI platforms, data foundations and AI agent architectures, ensuring solutions can be deployed securely

and at scale.

• Drive an AI-first way of working across delivery, sales and operations, helping teams embed AI naturally into daily work while

taking advantage of “old school” competencies and capabilities where suitable.

• Work closely with business units to develop AI-powered offerings and services within areas such as IFS, NetSuite, Oracle and

Microsoft technologies.

• Build and lead a network of AI Ambassadors who support adoption, knowledge sharing and experimentation throughout the

organisation.

You are a strong communicator who can engage with both technical specialists and business stakeholders. You are curious,

Most importantly, you are excited about the possibilities AI creates while remaining pragmatic about how to generate sustainable

and long-term value.

You likely have several years of experience working with technology, business systems, digital transformation or consulting. You

have experience leading initiatives and bringing together people, processes and technology to achieve business goals.
