We are looking

for a visionary Director of Analytics to own and elevate our company’s analytics strategy. In this pivotal role, you will lead a

talented team of analysts, data engineers, and developers to champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the entire

organization. Rather than just reporting numbers, you will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, perform

deep-dive analyses on critical topics, and share compelling insights with the whole Small Giant Games to shape the future of our

games.

What You Will Do

• Drive Strategy: Define, plan, and execute a

comprehensive analytics roadmap that directly supports our long-term business goals.

• Empower a Team:

Manage, mentor, and foster the continuous professional growth of a dedicated team of data analysts and specialists.

• Master the Data: Oversee the collection, consolidation, and analysis of data across various sources to ensure

pristine data integrity and accessibility.

• Uncover Insights: Define key performance indicators (KPIs),

identify emerging player trends, and build advanced reports and visualizations.

• Influence Leadership:

Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights for all business units and executive leadership.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner seamlessly with other departments to ensure all analytics initiatives

align with overarching business objectives.

• Architect the Future: Guide the development of our in-house

analytics stack, ensuring robust data integration, portfolio-level data assets, and highly accurate model outputs.

What You Bring to the Table

• Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of

Empires & Puzzles and the mechanics of Free-to-Play (F2P) gaming business models.

• Exceptional

Leadership: Proven management skills with a passion for guiding and inspiring technical teams to do their best work.

• Strategic Vision: The ability to think big-picture and execute a comprehensive, forward-looking analytics

strategy.

• Analytical Rigor: A highly analytical mindset backed by expertise in advanced statistical

modeling, deep-dive data analysis, and data visualization.

• Technical Powerhouse: Strong hands-on

proficiency with SQL, cloud platforms and databases (e.g., AWS, Redshift), and visualization tools like Power BI or Looker.

• Compelling Communication: The ability to seamlessly translate and present complex technical findings in a way

that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
