• Planning & Progress: Develop master and sub-plans, track milestones against schedule, and update plans when scope or risks

change.

• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify major development risks early and coordinate technical problem-solving for on-site

installation and testing.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Technical, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure closed-loop

tracking in meetings, manage partners effectively.

• Budget & Financials: Assist the cost management team with budgets, track delivery variances, and support financial quality and

cost analysis.

• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Approachable, adaptable, with great interpersonal skills, strong teamwork spirit,
