Netlight is an award-winning consultancy providing premium IT services to companies ranging from start-ups and scaleups to established players in the digital industry. At Netlight, people are the business. Our continued success depends on our ability to grow with the right individuals: those who challenge, inspire, and build our future. We’re now looking for two new colleagues to join our team and take on one of the most central responsibilities in our company: driving growth by recruiting the best people to Netlight.

Your role

You will lead and own the full journey of every recruitment process from the first conversation to a successful start at Netlight, with high exposure across the organisation. You’ll compete for the best talent in Finland, and your results show up directly in how fast Netlight grows. You’ll work closely with our consultants and leadership to understand what the business needs and make it happen. The work is hands-on, analytical, project driven, people centric and business critical.

Additional areas you will be working in are talent management, business development, sales, data-driven growth strategies, university marketing, employer branding, event management, DEI, and project management based on your strengths and interests. You are not here to fill roles, you are here to build a state-of-the-art consultancy company.
