WordPress Developer

At CubiCasa, we are on a mission to put a "Floor plan on every listing". To support our global growth, we are looking for an

experienced WordPress Developer to lead the technical development and ongoing optimization of our Marketing Website and support

our Photographer Marketplace development, which is hosted on top of our WordPress site. In this role, you will work within our

Marketing team to ensure our web platforms are secure, fast, user-friendly, and built to scale.

• WordPress Architecture & Execution: Architect, extend, and maintain custom themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and technical

features across the Marketing Website and Photographer Marketplace.

• Marketing & CRO Integrations: Partner with marketing and product design teams to build third-party integrations (CRMs,

analytics, attribution), landing pages, conversion flows, and A/B experiments.

• DevOps, Maintenance & Security: Keep dependencies updated, manage staging/production environments, and monitor site uptime,

performance, and security health.

• Performance & SEO Optimization: Utilize tools like Semrush, Plausible, and Google Search Console to track and enhance Technical

SEO scores, accessibility, and loading speeds.

• Quality Delivery & Technical Ownership: Drive roadmap items independently, maintain cross-browser QA standards, and ensure

high-reliability deployments with minimal bug rates.

• Core WordPress & Frontend: Strong professional experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, JavaScript

(Vue.js), HTML5, CSS/SASS, MySQL, and REST APIs.

• Marketing & Analytics Tech: Experience integrating marketing, CRM, and analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Plausible) with reliable

conversion and event tracking.

• Infrastructure & Server Management: Solid working knowledge of Linux, Nginx/Apache, and AWS cloud tools (Lightsail, RDS, S3,

CloudFront).

• Development Tools: Hands-on experience with Git version control, command-line tools (Composer, npm, wp-cli), and AI-native

IDEs.

• Standards & QA: Strong foundation in Technical SEO, web performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser/device

testing.

• Mindset & Language: Strategic problem-solver who takes end-to-end technical ownership. Full working proficiency in English is

required.

• Work Flexibility: Freedom to organize your work schedules and work in hybrid fashion –we typically aim to spend 2-3 days at the

office per week. Smooth relocation support is available if moving to Finland.
